Phill Pritchard
Wow I had forgotten how much I used to love Rodeo. Thanks for the great reminder Mark! Mark9
Mattgwise
Greatly missed ride. I remember having a strop when I was a touch too small to go on this. And then over the moon the next time I went as I could go on it. Mark9

Kevin
Strange you say that, the whole queue line and ride area has been cleaned up and cut back for some strange reason..
Fred
Oh like it was in 2008, and probably at least every year.Rameses exit does go past it, would look awful if it wasn't maintained to some extent.
Mr.man
They are taunting us by leaving the queue line and control box there, eviiiil chessie!
tomglazed
Why was it even removed in the first place? Was it unreliable or was it another sacrifice for the new "family" audience?

Mr.man
If it was a sacrafice of the 'family friendly' audience then I'm suprised rameses didnt go too.

Fred
I think they slowed it down though - it's so mega slow and crap for whatever reason. I never understand this idea - let's slow down the ride for family audiences. Families go on the exact same ride at other parks, for far faster speeds and intensity and still love it (and they have queues)
Kevin
Rodeo was removed simply because an arm had a minor shear on one of the welds, without anyone realising with the exception of the ride operator on duty who quietly closed it at the time for inspection. It was then decided by some mad hatter engineering area manager that it would be cheaper to get rid of as it would cost too much to replace and run, and get new parts. Some people eh! Kerfuffle
Another great find, pluk! I'm just glad that horse is still around over at Vampire! But I really do wish it wasn't tucked away out of sight next to the second lifthill...

Kerfuffle
Agreed, I thought it looked better outside Burger King on the second main drop off the lifthill. Nah. It kinda ruined the effect of Transylvania being a cute pretty mid-European village. The least they can do is relocate it to somewhere around Vampire's entrance...or even the queueline!
