Sheepie Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Can someone please tell me why the hell people always tend to be shocked that they're going Thorpe. On msn, at the end of their screen name, nearly every fanboy has the '= |' face after mentioning that they're going to Thorpe, I mean, what is so shocking about it? Seeing as you go every week anyways, LOL.Anyways, if someone would love to shed the light on this mystery I've to hear it! Quote
Phill Posted October 22, 2007 Author Report Posted October 22, 2007 The medical term is called TRDF. Thorpe Reality Distortion Field. Whilst having no effect on the average human being, a 'fanboy' will go into sudden shock at the mention of Thorpe. As a result causes irrational behavior such as ranting, winging and in some cases, thinking Thorpe have done a good job.If you have a family member or loved one and you susspect them of having TRDF, contact your nearest doctor as soon as possible, as prolonged TRDF can cause permanent trolling damage . Alex Posted October 22, 2007 Report Posted October 22, 2007 Disclaimer: Any resemblance to the SJRDF (Steve Jobs Reality Distortion Field) is purely coincidental. Phillip Caudell and Thorpe Park Mania cannot be held responsible for any offence caused by Phill's blatant rip of somebody else's joke. Quote
Pickles Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 I don't get why the sky is blue? Can anyone explain it to me? I really don't get it. Quote
Sheepie Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 It's the scattering of nitrogen molecules within the atmosphere. At least I think that's it.You can thank that omega 3 advert for that! :(And Phill, nearly all of my friends and some of my family are now in hospital, thanks for lettng me know about this disease, hopefully they won't all turn into trolls. Quote
Phill Posted October 23, 2007 Author Report Posted October 23, 2007 I'm glad to hear it Mike. Another day saved by Dr Phillriviera. And as for why is the Sky blue. It's do with nitrogen molecules way up in the atmosphere reflecting light at a certain angles, that's why sometimes it's blue and times it's red. Quote
MikeC Posted October 23, 2007 Report Posted October 23, 2007 Ah, but how do we know it isn't green, and we are all colourblind? Quote
