Jax Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 02:15 PM The crane yesterday was in the middle of the Stealth plaza facing towards the top hat, so it may well have been. I wouldn't be surprised if the support for these older models is more limited now but I'd be surprised if Intamin providing no support at all. You'd be right in saying that the part needs to be sourced elsewhere, but hopefully it shouldn't be too long now.

At least we know that Thorpe won't be giving up on their ride though. I'm sure we all know that an LSM launch just isn't really anything quite like a hydraulic launch. I do prefer that massive g force
JoshC. Posted yesterday at 04:05 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 04:05 PM Just to make it clear, Intamin have in no way stopped providing support for their Accelerators. Whilst it's true they don't offer the model any more (or at least, no one has considered doing so for over a decade), it in no way means they've washed their hands of it. Thorpe/Merlin and Intamin maintain a respectable working relationship, and that is also related to the current issue(s). JoelAllen

The doors to the launch weren’t open either.
Jax Posted yesterday at 05:56 PM Report Share Posted yesterday at 05:56 PM Good to see there's a bit of action going on (albeit small) but at least we know there's something going on.
