CJW is right, you are not missing much atall. The lifts were a poor attempt, slowed down loading and were un piratical, queing on the inside now is horrible, thank god they removed the rest of it.Nothing made X No way out, it was doomed from the start with its big budget cuts.

To be honest even the GP very easily differentiate between different ride manufactures.

Detonator, Rush and vortex all have a fair bit! Stealth on the tophat too =\

Hate to tell you but that is not really the case.Inferno also seems to have new lights in the tunnel and the mist is working much better, Stealth smokes also working.

Possibly, although you can click low graphics version if you do have a problem with the message. I just dont think it needs a box on the site, I dont see where it would fit in on the current site and none of the other parks have one (id say thorpes reliability is probably the best out of the main 3 so far this year) so dont see why Thorpe would.

I never said it shouldnt be, I just said it isnt.. And thats not just Thorpe Park either in all honesty.

Obviously we dont know about the closure, we dont know if they hoped to get the ride open later in the day etc, Also Zodiac is hardly a ride guests are going to visit the park for unlike somthing like Stealth, so its not always put on the website, a stance which all the Merlin parks seem to have adopted this year.

But it says on the scrolling message when a ride down, when a ride isnt down it dont say anything, dont see the difference really. Not much point in a dedicated rides unavailable section, especially now.

100% agree with that, the "Rides Unavailable" box almost make it look like it was expected a ride to be closed, so glad thats gone. But I do think its important people are informed, and as ive said theres allways a way of finding out, 9 times out of 10 it will be on the website, allways if the rides a major one such as Stealth, Saw and so on.

Plenty of ways to find out, at the entrance, on the iPhone app or even call. 9 times out of 10 they will put it on the website, always if it's a major ride such as stealth.

They tried to, and the batcher on the stairs attempted to batch people there, as I'm sure you can imagine it didn't work to great. Saws much better off without it.

Whats fastrack got to do with it? Fastrack is batched into the main q at the stairs, so unless the staff member in the building near the rack trap attempted to batch it would no way work, obviously they wont be aware of any exit riders also which would equal in chaos in the station.Last time it was done by splitting the disabled q into 2, was way to narrow to work properly and got far to busy in there.

In the time it takes for single rides to mess around finding their seat it usually adds to the q. It will never work on Saw as the ride wasnt designed to have a single rider queue, they tried last year but I cant see it being a long term thing.

Chart music was back at Stealth yesterday with a DJ, I do like it at Stealth, I just wish the DJ was connected to the area as it was before not just on the temporary speakers.

Its been pretty busy with school trips starting pretty early this year, dies down by 3 though.
