And the fact the smoke smells like the smoke that comes from the fallen branch in Hex's ride chamber.

Went on it once today. Rubbish setting, and took about 3 minutes to get to the lowering position

Well, to be honest, that area of Surrey was the subject of Jeff Wayne's musical, "The war of the worlds". I think he was born in Woking, as there is a statue of one of the fighting machines there. I wonder if it is loosely related somehow. Places like Horsell Common and Byfleet are mentioned. As the crow flies, not very far away from the park.

		- Alton AudioThought I would bring this topic back up to date to ask if anyone has the full Ug Land theme? I know it's a few years old now, but I used to have it but lost it, and would love to have it again. Any help would be appreciated
- The SmilerJust a quick question. On the game, what do you have to scan to unlock the secret bits? Everything else on my game is upgraded.
- Nearby places to Alton TowersI met the new owners of the White Hart on the last day of the season last year. Seemed nice people, so might give it a go next time I get up there. Think they were doing accomodation aswell, so hoping for a discount if they remember me and Mum. Usually stay at the Star campsite, so use the Ye Olde Starr Inn quite a lot.
- The SmilerThink it is a Cobra roll and Batwing. Seems so much vertical construction to go though. Ah well, roll on may, hopefully
- Current State of the UK theme park industryWe actually have 2 Boomerangs. Wipeout at Pleasurewood Hills and the one at Pleasure Island, Cleethorpes. Having been to several Six Flags parks across America I have to agree about the 'clones' at each of their parks, although each one does have some rides that are different, especially their wooden coasters. Just glad I got to ride the Rattler before they modified destroyed it I'm glad we only have one standard SLC in this country. Not sure what went wrong though. I rode El Condor in 2006, and it was very smooth.
- The SmilerIt's so handy having a car, even if it is a 4 hour drive to the park. I'm in no rush to get on it. Will wait till any flaws get ironed out, though that could last the entire season like most new rides seem to these days

- 2013 ChangesI went on the one at Flamingoland. Worst move...... EVER
- Next Big Thing - 2016 Development ?I would quite happily chip in for that one
- Your roller coaster record!Goliath, Walibi Holland for me. Could'nt ride a woodie for that long in one go. I have, in the past done charity one day marathons on Megafobia, and it started hurting by lap 50.
- The best water ride in the UKValhalla for me too. Superb themeing, and love that song they play in the station
- Drayton ManorI'd go back there if they got one. Love a good ol' Boomerang
- Thorpe Park's Old DaysThat is hardly recognisable as the park it is today.
- Six Flags Magic MountainWhat I can remember from there is the queues were actually not that bad. Longest was Riddler's Revenge, at about 1 and a quarter hours. X2 was a bit gut wrenching the first time I rode it during our ERS, but the second time was a lot better.
- 2013 ChangesWhen I walked out the Dome last sunday and saw Depth Charge, I had a vision of that gone and an Intamin Impulse coaster there. Would look pretty impressive there, I think.
