  1. That happened to me when I went on shirtless on Tidal Wave.It only hurt for a bit thank god then went away.
  2. When I went to Chessington & Zoo on the 5th August. We were allowed to use the EXP queue for the last hour if you were an Annual Pass Holder. Is this still continuing? Is it just for August? Thanks.
  3. You do not know what you have been missing all these years!
  4. Have not been on Oblivion yet.So I will go with SAW: The Ride.Vampire or Rattlesnake?
  5. Thorpe can't purchase a woodie due to the land.So I have no choice to go with Flyer. :PBubbleworks or The Flume?
  6. Might be easier to purchase a poncho? I have had mine for over 2 years and it still does the job nicely!
  7. It is available on re-ride.net yes but it does not have the things like the "real" one does listed above. Also, Theme Park bloke, do you work on Vampire then?Only asking as I was told that it was not just to do with the volume, but the whole audio system. If you were visiting as a guest, you may have found that there were less people in the station making it easier to hear the audio music on the Vampire.
  8. Loggers LeapLoggers Leap or Dragon Falls?
  9. Hopefully it will be like Nemesis Inferno was and will re-open during the day even though advertised as closed.
  10. Lift hillFlying Fish or Rocky Express?
  11. Old £20 note.2 £10 notes or 1 £20 note?
  12. You are going to all 3!All I can say is that is going to be one fantastic week! Can I come?
  13. Have not been to neither. However, based on videos etc that I have seen. I will go with...PAULTONS!The Flume or Dragon Falls?
  14. Sort of contadicted yourself there :)I don't mind any water rides, but I am not always a big lover of rides where you are drenched. (e.g. Tidal Wave). Unless I have a poncho!
  15. Nemesis Inferno. (Yes, I have rode Dueling Dragons but I prefer Nemesis Inferno).Colossus or SAW: The Ride?
  16. Rabbit :DVampire or Dragon's Fury?
  17. Just to let you know that the Vampire audio is the common copy.It was probably the one played with the older trains. It is still played today but there are some slight differences.e.g. "Real Vampire station" has 5 church dongs whereas "common" copy has 7.There are 2 animated laughs in the "Real" station which is not on the "common" copy. The "real" music loops whereas the "common" one does not.(Just thought I'd point that out)!
  18. Sorry Paul, but I would never leave my mobile phone in the storage boxes provided on the platforms.I would rather take the risk of me losing it during the ride and know it is my fault than know someone could of taken my bag etc.(And as Tim said, use your zip pockets etc.)
  19. Chessington & ZooPoker Face or Paparazzi?

Just been to the SEALIFE centre today.Just found out that Brighton's SEALIFE Centre is the worlds oldest aquarium and has been operating since 1872! Good old Brighton!
  21. I was not saying anything bad about it on my above post.Magrathea just said "Do you think management mind ride ops doing this?"I was just giving my opinion above on if management minded ride operators doing this!
  22. I agree with you James.I have seen people allowed onto Dragon's Fury that are over 1.95m.I have only ever seen one person being too tall to ride. (And he was just 1.95m). However, this was a few seasons ago.
  23. I will say straight away that I don't work for any Merlin park so I don't know their policy.I would imagine however that they would consider this mis-use of the PA and Announcements.
  24. It is fine taking loose belongings on the ride as song as you totally secure your items and know they are going to be safe.It is using your head basically!
