  1. Hmm bit strange considering the land opens on 24th anyway, so a preview after it opens?

I understand mistakes do happen but this is just silly now, maybe they should look to hire someone who can proof-read all material!
  3. Never have understood this whole idea of 'family areas can't have thrill rides'. Detonator is for people over 1.3m high, there are a lot of 1.3m high+ people in a family. Family means something for all to enjoy, there is something in Angry Birds land for all members of a family.
  4. I'm sensing a TPM group photo with an Angry Bird for the next meet
  5. ^That may be the strangest and most ridiculous conparison I've ever seen made.

Seriously don't see the obsession with slenderman... Thorpe are clearly going with Lionsgate horror films and that's the route they're going to stick with for the foreseeable future.

Banned for being all shouty in your username.
  12. Wait... what happened to my eye in that photo...
  13. I'm sure it's been discussed on here before that the annual pass holders queue is allowed in half an hour before park opens.
  14. I think it's been whatever they can get open, but someone may correct me there.

Overload actually have a fair few followers.

@OverloadMusic , @Harvey and @CharleeDrew are performing at the park on Saturday.
  17. Yeah pretty sure Pass holders get 30 mins ERT now.
  18. At least we have proper chairs rather than benches! (From Thorpe's Facebook https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10152366511945867&set=a.377923300866.202576.27217550866&type=1&theater )
  19. Depends on the system they use, they often use a few. If you get there early and queue in the Annual Pass queue (on the right hand side of admissions) then somebody usually walks down the queue scanning passes and stamping hands. Then you just walk through the gate showing your stamped hand. If they're not doing this then there is a scanning annual pass turnstile, where you just scan your pass to get in, along with a manned gate where the person checks your pass and you walk through. Annual Pass holders are also allowed into the park 30 mins before rides open for early ride time. Hope this helps!
  20. An option to embed tweets in posts would be really useful, seen it work on other forums, not sure if it's possible on this board though.

  22. According to TPM's Twitter: https://twitter.com/ThorpeParkMania/status/461039505366327296 (We really need an option to embed tweets on here)
  23. ^ Now that's pretty cool.
