Be safe when drinking guys. Last night I was out with my mates and one of them got chased by bouncers outside a club for something petty and ended up falling down a 12ft ledge. He's in hospital with broken wrists, cheekbones, pelvis and a pierced lung. Just be careful yeah.

It really depends on your monthly income. For me I'm already paying a monthly phone bill, phone insurance, netflix account and soon rent, so another monthly debit could get a bit risky in this economic climate. But not everyone has the £100odd quid or whatever it is up front and would prefer to pay it in small payments. It's a very good idea of Merlin and if they keep it as an option alongside the original pay upfront method then it'll work well for them, good of them giving people the choice of their payment methods. The only thing that would suck is the paying through winter season when the parks don't open, ah well might encourage more to visit the London attractions etc throughout Winter if they're paying for it (meaning more secondary spend at the attractions, clever Merlin, very clever )

They won't sell fastrack at this event. They'll have a limited amount of tickets on sale, by putting these at a high price they will still sell out the event as people will pay that for 3 hours exclusive ride time for 7 coasters (Some coaster community members pay just a smaller fee for 30-60min ERT on just one ride). It's a shame as I'd love to go, put it's not worth it for me considering I've ridden all these rides countless times anyway and the price is too high for me.

The worrying thing about this is that it could (would) be crammed into a tight space like Storm Surge and just look dreadful, I guess time will tell (if Thorpe even get it)

When I said height restriction, I meant for guests riding, like 1.2m But as a ride height, who knows, there may even be a way for them to get a slight extension on their build limit and we could see a 200ft woodie (let marketing do with that as they please...)
