2021 - year of the classics! Forbidden Tomb, wicked Witches Haunt and best of all Toyland Tours is coming back. It was why they played Toyland tours audio in Towers Street Trading this year! It was a teaser! All jokes aside maybe just maybe the name 'forbidden Tomb' will be reused with its current new 2020 storyline. It would still work as a name. This has nothing to do with its old ride. It was only renamed Forbidden Tomb in its final year under its previous form so the name doesn't have much 'old' meaning. If it was a return to the old I'm sure it would use Terror Tomb in name.

Please don't kill me but.... Time for the annual, hated, despised, detested and loathed Thorpe Park Rides and Attractions Game! As annoying as this now is it wouldn't be the same going through a closed season without this game! As ever, very simple rules: Each ride starts a round with 5 points Must give a ride +1 and -1 every go Before having a second turn must what three turns (other replies) Once a ride hits 0 it is removed and points reset to 5 for every ride I have not included Walking Dead, Jungle Escape and DBGT as they did not open this year. Will we have the same ride as the last few years end up victorious again this year and lead to tears and tatrums once more? Let the game commence! Certainly looks to be another solid coaster from Intamin. 2021 is definitely Intamins year. Will certainly be interested in a Belgium trip if things allow it.

It is going to be a capacity nightmare if it does a similar cycle to Magma or even half the time TBH. With slow loading times often and 20 seats available, with propably half allocated to RAP and fasttrack I see this regularly have a 90 to 120 minutes queue. Yes it is nice that they are (sort of) 'adding' a flat although it's more a replacement. Still, at least no loss in number of attractions I guess.

Just a few for me too. Thorpe x3 Towers x1 Chessington x1 Fantasy Island x1 Adventure Island x1 Missed out on planned trips to EP, Energylandia, Legendia, Liseberg and BPB. Can't really moan, didn't expect to go to most!

Admittedly checking of tickets at Thorpe has been rare, despite Towers actively checking. However with it being what they expect to be the busiest part of Fright Nights they may well check tickets. Its a 50/50 gamble really TBH.

Seems odd that all the signage referencing fish and chips was stripped and it now simply states Ben & Jerry's. Does the new Ben & Jerry's addition look temporary? Maybe they kept it for now to get through the stock and then do the full change over closed season. Of course it could stay as it is and just have been a "too good to miss" advertising deal hence the huge, hideous, unfitting Ben and Jerry's styling around the building.

Sounds like a decent lineup actually based on circumstances. I am for the up charge tbh as its going to likely be really restrictive in what they can do and could be the future for managing horrendous queue times during the peak of the event. Maybe £8 each or a combo of both for £15 would have been a better pricing structure.

Completely agree with your opinions there. Wish the other two parks had a Chiapas style ride though as that's certainly the best water ride there is!
