I do like the seaside, especially abroad. However my skin doesn't always seem to react well to the sea water which is really annoying, I also can't walk around after being in the sea unless I shower first.

Yeah agree. The first day is great, second day it starts to lose its novelty a bit and when the rain comes it just turns into an icy slush which is hard to walk and get around on. Looks like there may be slightly more of todays type weather on monday according to the forecast.

They really are very different rides. Most rollercoasters begin with a chain lift or a launch so the fact that they chose two launches for two different parks is far from copying as there is such a wide range of designes etc there can be.

Ohh this is a good one-Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?

There is something very special about Alton Towers which entitles it to the no1 spot. I don't think thorpe park will ever overtake Alton, Alton has the whole package, thrills, great atmosphere, some good themeing and really just something for everyone! Not to say thorpe park or chessington or any other park doesn't have that but Alton really does seem to be quite a magical place.
