Milk Chocolate Dr Pepper or Cherry Coke?
  2. I agree with you both completely. After a while, I think I would actually pay money for them to stop advertising that bull on our screens! Even the adverts annoy me!
  3. Doesn't really add up does it?!
  4. I can't believe though how it's £7 for all six, yet it's £4 for just one ride! I wonder how many people just do the Express Shot?
  5. I got a pass for £7 last week, it was completely worth it. I skipped a 50 minute Dragon Falls queue, a 60 minute Dragon's Fury queue, a 30 minute Vampire queue and a 65 minute Tomb Blaster queue. I wasn't really in the mood for queueing, and if it wasn't for that pass, I wouldn't have bothered queueing for those rides. It was a fantastic day, with a great ride count. And just £7? A bargain in my opinion. But I agree Tim, only good if the day is really quite busy.
  6. That's not true. If it is, I can't understand why.
  7. It depends, I sent 2, both about 2 weeks ago. One was replied to the next day, but I haven't yet received a reply for the second email I sent.
  8. Can I just correct the confusion here. On the council website, it states that under 16's are not permitted to work in traveling fairs, fairgrounds, amusement arcades etc. Theme parks (permanant attractions) are in general an exception to this, however Thorpe Park as stated on the email reply posted by Tim is one attraction that does not employ under 16's. Thorpe doesn't, yet this doesn't mean that other parks don't.

    Thank you

I'm moving house tomorrow, so I won't have the internet again until Thursday/Friday. Speak to you all soon!
  11. Great, thanks. My train gets into Staines at 10.37am, so I was just checking that the bus service will still be running then.
  12. Can anyone answer me this.... How long after opening do the busses run? (Is it up to 11am for example) or do they run all day?
  13. Paul replied to James6's topic in Nonsense
No, he was talking to Jake C, who has now edited his post.
  14. I am going to be using the bus for the first time on Friday/Saturday!
  15. I'm either going on Friday or Saturday this week. I'm not expecting it to be completely dead, but it should be a lot quieter than in August. Especially seeing as most schools (including mine) will be starting the Autumn term on the following Monday.
  16. I pay £10.10 for a return to Thorpe, but then again I have an AP and don't spend anything in the park. So for me it's £10 for a day out!

My plans for the end of this year are to visit Hocus Pocus at Chessington during October sometime, and then visit Thorpe in November when hopefully it will be very quiet. I was a little annoyed that Blast isn't happening, but I suppose that is compensated with a quiet park to go to!
  18. Glad to hear you had a good time . Hopefully there will be some pictures on here soon (including the group photo).

I haven't seen Quantum down in ages! First time this season.

We on TPM definitely look out for these things more, and will notice if they are not working. Things like the squirting body for example, when I went with my friends, not one of them noticed that it wasn't on. To me, it definitely took some of the atmosphere away from the ride experience.
