We'd be wise not to jump just because we see B&M doing things... Given we have reason to believe they are delivering projects for Thorpe, PortAventura, Park Asterix and Dollywood next year, not everything we see them doing will be LC12 related. Granted the track for Asterix is already on site, but if this goes to Dollywood it may not even be that the next batch of track we see is ours.

It was OU yes, I was browsing through the old darker regions of said forum myself and found this a while back. I agree, it's such an incredible shame. Probably the greatest 'might have been' in theme park history. I'd have dearly loved to have seen it, I'm sure it would have been utterly stunning. It hurts even more given you can't get away from hints at it while you're in the park... And as we discussed in my TR last year Mikey, we're left looking at Dinoland USA instead It does truly break my heart that such stupid management ruined something that could have been stunning. Animal Kingdom had oodles of potential as an idea, but all we're left with is a ramshackle collection of attractions which all have horrid reliability, and still a lack of incentives for staying in the park more than a few hours.Who knows, perhaps there comes a glimmer of hope thanks to the WWoHP. Perhaps when time has passed, when average Joe the tourist has forgotten Dueling Dragons' humble beginnings, the mood may be right for a new dragon story...Thanks for posting it, good to read again.

Looks like we may have jumped the gun slightly on the track that was spotted a few weeks back - some blue B&M track with the same customer name and job number has been spotted in Kentucky, apparently headed to Dollywood. Seemingly the track we thought was ours was merely in primer and in fact intended for Dollywood and their 2012 project. Head to Screamscape for the full story and pictures.

Knoebels have just in the past few days released a 'WIP' POV of Flying Turns! Everything about this project amazes me... The sheer difficulty in designing this thing is insane. When it finally opens about 50 years after construction started, it's going to be awesome.

It's gonna be an expensive year for me... I'm going to get Brink and LA Noire once exams are done, then the small list of Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, Jurassic Park, and Skyrim for the rest of the year!

Glad to hear the ride itself is fun Fever! It really is a shame about the mouth themeing, but I suppose we shouldn't be that surprised. As intended it would have been a huge piece, so with time, money, and everything else I suppose it's disappointing but slightly expected that it didn't make the cut.
