Chessington General Discussion
Port Aventura don't appear to have one (or it's limited to 'severe' disabilities)... German laws mean that RAP doesn't exist. At all. In any of their parks... Swear the letter must have always been within 12 months, or I'm just being logical... Obviously most disabilities are permanent, but one for every year seems sensible because things may have changed due to treatments or the person being better adapted to such situations... I don't know enough about the autistic side to judge it... I think because it's so wide ranging you cannot easily have a single file for it... Plus I think some kids these days are diagnosed as such when really they are just badly behaved...

I would've thought a letter from GP was standard practice across the board at all Merlin parks?

Partly surprised that he didn't like the Witches adaptation, beyond the Hollywood ending I think it's quite akin to the book... Can't blame them for hating these attractions, they've all been pretty crap...

Think it's harsh to say they've let KSM rot, given the trouble they had with redoing Scenic to modern standards, I dread to think how much it would've cost them to modernise that as well... Plus the money issues they've been having doesn't help... If such additions keep the park ticking over a little bit then sure; I've no doubt there's work in the background at continuing the heritage 'theme'... Indeed, there's more than just the rides at work in that sense...

I came in expected all 100 creds in one post. I am disappoint. Hoping for more Danish representation, and of course next year your challenge is the Worst 100- The Walking Dead: The Ride - Speculation and 'Construction'
Thorpe's indecisive nature of additions doesn't help... Angry Birds, IAC followed by the scariest rides ever created* is slightly nonsensical when timed into their adverts... *Courtesy of Merlin's PR team.- Dreamland Margate
If they can strike a balance of old and new I don't see too big an issue... They've struggled with money so anything will be a positive step (we hope)... Beyond King Solomon Mines I'm not sure what other vintage rides they could have... A River Caves type ride probably would be a good choice, but without the budget it's questionable how far the vintage rides side can go (especially given the modern regs)...- PortAventura: An Apology (Feat. Tibidabo)
Going to an empty park ALWAYS shows off a better vibe, especially when it comes to PA who oversell Fastpass more than Thorpe do... It's the definition of a scratch below the surface park, because it looks pretty and is themed to the hilt, but then you realise that it's run like crap and there's very few positive things beyond the 2 B&Ms and Templo del Feugo... That people say Khan is rough when Baco is in the same park still astounds me...- PortAventura: An Apology (Feat. Tibidabo)
That queue board is why you've not had the 'true' PA experience; like pretty much any park, an empty park is an enjoyable one... It's hard for even PA and their lacklustre operations (mean Baco is still 30 minutes because Baco) to be awful when there's 10 minutes of queue (and likely barely any Fastpass going on)... Those ride opinions are awful though...- Disneyland Paris
I assume it died with the loss of France Telecom as a sponsor (also yes, Princesses)...- The Walking Dead: The Ride - Speculation and 'Construction'
People think this is real? Like, seriously guys, this isn't an actual thing... The PR machine is in full flow...- Europa Park
Here's a full list of things that have been done this year (and this is LITERALLY EVERYTHING) - http://www.ep-fans.info/?id=4865&lang=&- Blackpool Pleasure Beach
If it's anything like Blue Fire or Helix, mediocre will not be sufficient description of it... Where's the 40mph coming from? RCDB has it down at 52mph...- Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Well that's a waste of the theming isn't it?- Europa Park
Delightfully charming...- Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Needs to be on Spotify though...- The Walking Dead: The Ride - Speculation and 'Construction'
Probably the smell buckets, they'll fade away soon enough when they've emptied and not been refilled...- Blackpool Pleasure Beach
It won't match, because Wicker Man is a sum of parts attraction (take away one thing, and the experience is lessened). Icon is a bog standard coaster with minimal bells and whistles. As such, you can't really directly compare them...- Europa Park
Only 11 minutes this year, are they even adding ANYTHING?- The Small Parks Thread
