    I'm Currently watching Season 9 of the original series. About to start 'The Curse of Peladon'. I started re-watching from the original start last year and am enjoying them as much if not more than the newer series's. It seems less... .... ... arrogant.

    The answer to that, Pluk, is obvious. Someone had a curry last night and the place needs ventilation. Merlin Magic had already left by that time though due to not liking being around the aroma.

    Alex, even though seems a amusingly confused today, is perfectly correct about July. Busy with school trips before the last day of term. Busy with uni students and holiday makers after that day.

    Yup the park is getting busier at weekends this time of year. During the week it is still quiet-ish. But even when it is busy you will still get a reasonable ride count. I haven't seen Nemesis over 30 minute in queue time all year yet (but it churns through people).

    Give them a call. (Ring the park number then ask for it) it said full when we booked. The website only allots a small percentage of the spaces.

    The roller-coaster restaurant table is currently booked for the only people who said they wanted to go. It is currently booked for 8 in the evening for 9 people Me, Myk, Stacy, Matt, Tom, David, Daniel and 2 of Myk's friends If anyone else wants to go then feel free to book tables. The large tables were booked weeks ago.

    The theming really worries me. Alton seem to have the belief that theming doesn't need to gell with other theming - air & Forbidden Valley for example. Rita and Uggland, This ride is slap bang between 2 areas that are actually themed pretty well. So will it meld those areas or will it just be a jarring mess between them? From the application it looks like some kind of woodland theme, which isn't at all pirate -y and not very African. In fact it feels more like a merry England theme.

    I wasn't implying that those images contained viruses, just that it is possable for that type of file to contain a virus and that there is a global rule in most forums to not embed BMP files. which s why they aren't embedded.

    @ChessingtonSamThe reason they are not shown is that BMP can carry viruses. (there is a BMP parsing bug that allows overflow and can execute embedded js on some browsers/machines.) If you save them as jpegs or pngs they can be embedded.

    You mean you don't own at least 4 different copies of RCT3? Is it just me who has 4 pc copies, 1 IOS copy and 1 macox copy?

    Assuming it is at a time when I can make it I am most definitely up for this. Stealth is by far the best behind the scenes I have ever been on. The launching mechanism room is amazing. That alone is worth the 20 quid estimated cost. (a few quick pics from the last time we did it to whet your appetites.)

    A watched pot never boils (which is actually a lie as it boils in the exactly same time as the same pot un-watched, unless your presence changes the heat absorption rate which it doesnt normally - and they say I over think things). So what I meant to say is that it will open when it opens. Hoping for an early june-ish date is just hope and is opening you up to being disappointing when it doesn't open in early June. You are basically falling into the trap that Thorpe fell into by stating a time period. Basically the only thing you can say is "I look forward to riding it, if it opens."

    Don't get me started...... Katy ********* Perry is not a 90's athem....... Castles in the sky every 8 songs..... calm down stretchy... Its all just history.. The nightmares cant return any more.... The nasty man with only 1 90's cd can't hurt your ears any more.

    With the Smiler they didn't know they were going to definitely open till about 10:30 am on the actual day it opened (31st). Management kept waking past us telling us we should go and ride other rides as they doubted it would open. So I honestly am not sure we will hear much before it just soft opens (which is a total shame for us fans).

    People making it up.. never.. Well I rode Derren Browns Ghost Train 7 times this morning. Oh one minute no that was sneezing. I often get them mixed up. BTW wasn't this post made yesterday?

    sorry, no just mental brain fart. It is Galactica but you can ride without VR in the evenings which maybe why my dysfunctional mind said Air.

    With the roller-coaster restaurant now open, and being an interesting experience especially for enthusiasts I would recommend this for Saturday evening. Saturday Evenings are currently fully booked till mid June, so I will re-iterate my comment about booking places. Air is also open for riding for people with restaurant bookings from 6-8. If you book the table for 8 ish then it is dark when you leave, and the portal is beautiful in the dark. Go to the Hotel or one of the other attractions and you get to enter along the new path and see this:

    What is odd about that review is that thy didn't say ANYTHING about what they thought about it apart from " while it certainly looks terrifying, many of the illusions were still unfinished and we didn't get to see the full mind-blowing experience" They didn't even say anything like, what we saw was fun or good.
