IT'S A CLUE - WIKIPEDIA HIM NOW

From the press release: 'Mike Vallis mentions that the experience will "quite simply 'derail people's minds'" Train theme looking more likely

Youtube video from Thorpe confirming Derren Brown Can't find it on my desktop but watched it on my phone; no more information has seemingly been released Edit:
-
I'm guessing that's more to do with the height restriction Can't really say something is a family ride when it has a 1.4m restriction I find the section on your back a bit intense and can imagine someone under 1.4 finding it uncomfortable to say the least
-
Please can we. Edit: Just to confirm I mean Mafia, not this meet
-
Love a bit of Rorschach
-
Probably more accurate if you had said 'not to me'
-
Doesn't the coffee chocolate look like a train track?
-
I feel like calling Derren a magician is such a slap in the face. He's said time and time again he uses Psychology and suggestion rather than 'magic'. I respect him so much for doing the things he does and admitting and accepting the science of it all rather than being all 'A MAGICIAN NEVER REVEALS...' The human mind is very powerful
-
It hurts my very being to do that

You can't expect the park to have eyes everywhere, even the best parks in the worlds don't deal with queue jumpers unless alerted, as staff are busy enough as it is They were doing bag searches to the left of the entrance like they used to do Security seemed a normal level to me, although for Fright Nights the park wasn't that busy so maybe they just staffed appropriately
-
Yes, yes they are Operations on Sunday were okay. Few breakdowns but that's expected. Breakdown on Cabin was frustrating just due to not moving in the queue and not being told it had broken down. The fact that the maze queue times were advertised as 90 minutes/2 hours was ridiculous as they just weren't - People selling Fastrack right outside is just a glorified scam (you know the drill by now #fanboyrants ) There were points when I saw some great operations especially on Inferno and Swarm, but towards the end of the night you could just tell all the staff (and guests) were knackered so it all slowed down

You used to be a B&M with a ski-lift themed lift hill Now you're just a duck boy

New for 2016 - Park-Wide Improvements
Tom replied to MarkC's topic in Chessington World of Adventures
I thought it was the Mack version, either way I agree it's better than nothing -
It tested a lot during the first half of the day, with staff members around suggesting it may have opened, but then was closed and left for dead in the latter half
-
Thanks to Coasterdude for getting me in Loose Steel Bluth is also very grateful Enjoyed the park, missed out on a chunk of the meet because of being very decisive about what I do and don't like at Thorpe, and we agreed to meet at Big Top but... somehow everyone went to Cabin But yeah, well worth the trip
-
It's got entertainment value The fact that some people actually think Thorpe are getting a robo-coaster or trackless ride is truly laughable
-
This isn't the first time a ride has been completely retracked - Big Thunder Mountain at both Magic Kingdom (WDW) and Disneyland Resort
-
Mark, you are mistaken. It's Disney trying to be edgy and reviving a classic: It's a charred world after all
-
Skyrush (Hershey) doesn't look too bad; from my experience of Nolimits, most coasters look terrible when all white!
-
It's more likely that they're stirring up interest for Fright Nights But after Sanctuary's direct link with the Smiler, who knows!
-
Technically an inversion is a point at which you go beyond 135 degrees Someone get your angle meter out and fly to Dubai for us
-
Everyone wants to ride Colossus with a lap bar, I don't understand your comparison
