Kerfuffle

Anyone know why sometimes screenshots won't open or be read in the photo viewer...because that's why I haven't got many screenshots of Vulcan. This is what I can salvage: Preshow before the lifthill. After leaving the station, the train immediately enters a room filled with spinning cogs that appear to be driven by lava flow. As the train passes them, the lava suddenly starts erupting water (from hidden geysers) in wave formation. The catch car from the lifthill makes its descent and sets off the geysers again, creating an awesome explosion effect just as the train begins its ascent. For the ride's climax just before the "surprise" (a 60mph LIM launch), riders encounter the ride's antagonist - Vulcan. A monstrous creature who guards the catacombs of the volcano at all costs. I will have more screenshots eventually. The ride is still work in progress after all! (theming-wise)

Couldn't agree more. Really does get me fuming whenever these morons just "have" to report on every little thing that goes wrong within the park...and to throw a big song-and-dance over a mere ride breakdown is just the most immature news story I have ever heard in my ENTIRE life!!! The people sharing them on social media are even worse! I saw one re-post on Facebook that had "this place needs shutting down" and even one that says "this place needs blowin up"! What I'm saying is I've literally had enough. If these over-reacting, immature SCUMBAGS don't stop and know when enough is enough, then I just hope that one day they end up with the same fate as News Of The World, because these people just don't deserve to be around if they have nothing better to make a story out of.

It's nothing too serious to be honest. I'd rather wait for the beta release...and probably buy the Group Pass rather than the Staff Pass (if it's really that necessary).

If the current weather holds out until the meet, then Tidal Wave should be ridden without negotiation!

The end section of the video does confuse me though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the track playing at the end be the first track (below), because I'm sure the one playing in the video is from disembarking the ride:

Next door to me, there lives a lad who's basically a total jerk. At first he wasn't any of my business...but all that changed when he bought a motorbike recently. Consequently, I've been awoken EVERY bloody night at a stupid hour (ie. 11pm) because apparently this jerk is too selfish to know a better time to go out and rev his goddamn motorbike!!! (which could probably be heard from over a mile) ...but hopefully in the next year the time will come where he drives his motorbike into a river, never to be recovered.

Well if you notice the metal barrier and canvas in the bottom left corner, he clearly took this from Storm Surge (aka. Storm Turd/Splorm Spurs etc. etc. etc. )

They must've taken a hint from Helix! Can't wait to see how Blue Fire appears with them!

We haven't had a proper dark ride since 2001 with Hex. Nemesis Sub-Terra is as good as quadruple lifts inside a shipping container.

Saw Jurassic World after college today with some friends. Really was a fantastic film with some clever twists and was amusing to see Jurassic Park merging with the plot as well! Definitely wasn't expecting the ending!

Not exactly. It was originally put up following the incident involving the cable snapping...and since then it's remained there. Whether it's for health and safety or theming...or both, who knows?

Really is a shame. This for me was the most iconic part of the Oblivion experience! (apart from being about to drop into the hole)

Rather low, I'd say. The Smiler really is an icon name for Towers, considering it proves the theory of them "making Britain happy".

Great to see in that video the wheels now spin in the same direction. Do like the sound of there being multiple preshows!
