I didn't want to start a new topic so I shall just post it in here. I got my annual pass in June, and even when I first got it, my picture, date of birth and expiry date al seemed quite pale/faded/not properly printed, and now, six month down the line, it is hardly visible. When using the pass in October, staff remarked how hard to see it was etc. and now I really don't think it is suitable to use, but will I have to pay to get a new one? tl;dr- my annual pass needs to be replaced due to what seems to be the result of a dodgy printer but will it cost me money to get it replaced and if so, how much?

Couldn't reduced capacity merely be referring to the reduced line-up? I mean, I doubt they'd want to operate rides which haven't had all of their checks (but I'm a foolish child with the engineering knowledge of one, so I'm probably wrong).

I got a Standard Annual Pass as I was thinking 'I don't drive and I don't mind paying a fiver for Fright Nights' but haha oh no. Thank you Thorpe. I'm only going to visit once during next season if at all and stick to Chessington the rest of the time it seems. I do love Thorpe but it has been a case of one step forward and ten back really.

I went to Thorpe 'just for the rides' but then I realised that because I say I'm not too happy with Thorpe at the moment, it makes me a hypocrite, so I haven't been since and hardly plan on going next year unless I get over my cynical, pessimistic scepticism. It's really not hard; and think of the money you could save to go to different and better theme parks which are further away.
