  1. Alot of IMAScore music is quite samey. Even their more unique pieces like The Smiler sound like Helix and Galactica. I think an IMAScore piece in the flat ride end of the Lost City could work very well but leave Colossus as it is thank you. My friend (a Thorpe fanboy though he's not an enthusiast), pays no attention to audio and said he'd prefer if they just replaced it with the radio, however knows the Colossus theme and can sing it too. It'd be stupid to replace it.

    Legoland

Well done Legoland. Your new show geared at children makes children cry. Seriously though, all the jokes are reused, the best character is gone and all the stunts are gone. Bad with an added dash of awful.
  3. All IPs? Really? Do they not see the problem with this?
  4. How have they finished a dark ride before a carousel?

    The News

A man has mowed down pedestrians and stabbed a police officer in Westminster before being shot. http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/man-attacking-police-shot-outside-houses-of-parliament-a3496606.html
  6. I said Id rather remove it than turn it into ROTB. Obviously Id want what you said more.
  7. Does anyone know what the bubbleworks Easter eggs mentioned in the live updates a few pages up were? Unless they're obvious on the ride, I haven't noticed them on videos.
  8. The theme of the area has changed and tbh while I loved Transylvania the way Vampire has been integrated into the area is alright. I think Vampire actually fits Wild Wood more than Room in the Broom, and Id much rather they'd just put her out of her misery than retheme it into that, and I adore the thing.
  9. He means youre comparing a broken ride that Merlin couldn't care less about to a brand new IP themed ride. Of course the latter is going to be better. That's ridiculous, how can they get away with some white walls with trees on and call it theming ffs. Hate the argument "What can you expect, it's a little kids ride" that I've seen alot, just because it's aimed at young children doesn't mean it can't be bad.
  10. In all seriousness that beats my expectations. Then again, an empty room would've beat my expectations. EDIT The queueline is awful though. And is that a cardboard cut out of the Gruffalo in the corner of the station? ?
  11. I love most of Legoland's music I'm talking about the generic music they used to play in the Duplo Buffet which I literally heard in Poundland yesterday.
  12. I think the soundtrack works well for the queue. Shame its hard to hear now because of the ridiculous Nitrogenie music.
  13. Most likely as I did get there at half one
  14. That's the music being used outside, it sounds like the kind of music they play inside the restaurants at LEGOLAND, not the music you play outside your new dark ride ?
  15. Yes they have, you enter through the main queue and to the left. Speaking of Fury's, half of that is now the disabled entrance.
  16. So did I and it wasn't open once nor did it say it was on the queue times.

    Wicker Man

It wasn't my post, I only knew because my mum's on a Facebook group, I dont have it on my phone.

    Wicker Man

No, SW8 is quite literally listed under Gloomy Wood.
  19. This one? I cant tell much of a difference just from skimming through but this I'm sure is the one that I heard was used before that one, with less/more bells and a few more sound effects EDIT: And the 1990 queueline ambience, I have no idea if this is the same as the station or not but it's very quiet. This guy has 3 other Vampire themes on his channel too.
  20. This doesn't seem to be the case. A boy two boats ahead of us entered through the SRQ and sat literally on his own in a boat. So yay for throughputs I guess?
  21. Not even that, can easily be found on YouTube.
  22. Vampire was running amazingly today, from the music (which could be heard from Trail of the Kings) to the ride itself which was probably the smoothest ride I've ever had on it. What's not so amazing is the shop, I assumed theyd have left the Vampire half alone and just changed the bubbleworks side, but Gruffalo takes up about 3/4 now and the Vampire walls have been decorated with a weird purple pattern thing - I think its trees but it's hard to make out. This carries on to the photo shop which is a shame because I liked the old castle bit. Props to Chessie though, I'm not a fan of all the Gruffalo stuff but the shop is quite good. The old windows have been replaced by three Vampire logos on one side and three Gruffalo logos on the other. In fact, while I don't like the change, they've done an alright job of tying Vampire into the area. The announcements have been ditched though, aside from the exit one which has been re recorded by the most unenthusiastic person I've ever heard.
  23. The actual carousel bit isn't meant to be a tree, there's a green bit on the top meant to be land and the tree on top. The music sounded excellent today, very loud and clear. The ride is massive, can easily be seen from Land of the Dragons and Transylvania.
