Despite my drunken post I am actually really amused by Will's comments there. particularly the "You are actually upside down" schizzle. Lest we forget that Zodiac, Colossus, Samurai and Nemesis Inferno also invert.

FOR FECK SAKE WILL no one has died on Slammer or Rush so why do you doubt the safety of these rides. Loads of Scwarzkopf looping coasters have no over the shoulder restraints and yet no one has died so stop asking stupid questions on the safety of Thorpe Park ridesFACT: No one has died on a Merlin rideFACT: Only one person has died on a British ride.

Erm, this is the same Dannnn that visited basically everyday of the 2004 and 2005 thorpe park season. Him calling someone sad is like asking where the plants are in a garden centre.

I don't remember much of series 1 but I do remember the mastery of Chaos 2 and Hypnodisc. Now they were awesome.

As this is the music thread Ill be posting it here (despite being called songs & lyrics) last night I went up to Nottingham to see The feeling and I was like woah oh my god. It was awesome and I'm surprised how great they sounded live. I don't really know what else to say.. because you kind of had to be there and I'm sort of showing of. Oh well. Oh yeah Dan, the lead signer, is so camp its unreal. Strutting up and down the stage, flicking his hair Alex Guy stylee and even pointing out how great his mirror piano is. Fantastic gig

Well something doesn't add up if both Air and Oblivion have very short queues on very busy days...

Oblivion always gets queues. I always see it at 40 minutes around mid-day. Your either extremely lucky on your trips or you just never go on busy days.

Only half true. Hex and Oblivion opened up but Ripsaw was still covered in scaffolding and Enterprise was still missing pods on the last day of Hullaballoo.

It is still the parks second longest queue to be honest (spinball wins because its poor throughput) It does still get queues, Hullabaloo wouldn't really count for a whole season as its quiet anyway.
