Went to this tonight and it was really good for a cheap (if you bought ticket then £5, free for me) event! Would definitely go to a future comedy night if they did them, which I'm sure they will as this went down well with the people there!

The Purge AAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH this film was frustrating. SPOILERS AHEAD: Overall I think to sum this film up in 2 words I'd say "wasted potential" which is a shame really as the whole 'Purge' thing was a neat idea for a movie. 7/10 (Rhys Wakefield 10/10)

My family go to theme parks loads (mum, dad and 2 younger sisters at 9 and 15). Years ago we just went to chessington all the time, then when I was tall enough for the big rides we went to Thorpe a couple of times. My other sister got tall enough and we went to Thorpe mostly. Now we're all tall enough for the big rides they rarely go to Chessington and go to Thorpe all the time. Just shows that believe it or not, families do still go to Thorpe Park.

So, you may or may not know, but I went to Europa Park recently. If you get a chance to go here then by all means DO IT, such an amazing park. The whole surrounding town area is just so nice also, really feels welcoming! Here's just a few pictures from my trip there: Milka factory SELFIE (in random German woman's car edition) Part of our room, we paid 150 Euros each for 2 nights here, with our own bathroom/kitchen/balcony, just a 10 minute walk to the park, absolutely amazing value! One of the beautiful hotels at Europa Park Entering the park has that magical Disney feel about it Amazing ride with an entrance to match! My sisters went on it today, absolutely loved it but apparently it's very rough and the area music's quite annoying after a while, something I was worried about. Looks an awesome ride though and can't wait to try it out!

My dad's just asked someone at entrance to Smiler and they said "not open today but can't say about tomorrow". Apparently they're taking the protective plastic off the ride cars and tidying up bits so could well be open either tomorrow or the weekend.

But then Colossus is 11 years old, Smiler hasn't even opened yet and it's already being compared to it!

There's been an update on The Smiler game app and the wheel of 'win' competition is now closed, it's been replaced with a 3D model of the ride with various bits of facts about it.

Smiler's not opening tomorrow also, wonder if they'll get it open for Half Term...
