I have heard its going to use the same setup and technology as DBGT. They visited Thorpe and were so impressed they wanted something similar. Only difference is it will be themed to rabbits instead.

The TPW vlog is quite positive about the day, but does mention some reliability issues in the afternoon.

Myself and Tom (Mr Fish) have just booked our rooms at The Big Blue Hotel, so will be based there. At the time of writing direct through the Big Blue hotel is cheapest. If you sign up it significantly reduces the rate. (See images below) It's £151 B&B for the two nights Fri 5th to Sun 7th for a single room for one or £171 for two people in a double or twin (£85.50 each if sharing). Also includes parking and wifi. Travelodge was £168 this morning but has dropped to £155 at the time of looking as i write this post. But that excludes Wifi, parking and breakfast.

Here is that documentary. Almost 20 years ago it aired! I still remember watching it like it was only a few years ago! Damn I'm nearly 30!!!

And parking! What with the disgustingly high price it is at Thorpe now.

Hello TPM peeps, The THORPE PARK opening weekend meet will take place on Saturday 30th March! Plan for the day is pretty simple Gates opening to 10:15 - Meet in the dome outside Fin's 10:15 onwards - Rides 1ish - lunch (People can go off to different eateries) 2pm - close - more rides Are people interested in going for a meal in Staines after the park closes???? Please post below if you are interested and I will update this at a later stage if there is to be a meal! The TPM meets are always great fun and the idea is to go round as a group getting to know each other, have fun and spend time with people who share the same interests. Hello TPM peeps, I have decided to add in an extra trip! We will be going to Adventure Island Southend on Saturday 16th Feb 2019. Tickets are currently £22.50 for the whole day. Plan for the day: 10:30am meet outside the front of Adventure Inside building on Western Esplanade for a day of fun in the park. Hello TPM peeps, I am pleased to announce the Blackpool trip will take place Fri 5th April to Sun 7th April 2019. The group will be staying at the Big Blue Hotel or the Travelodge South Promenade hotel (one near the pleasure beach). Both are nearby so if you do stay somewhere different we can easily meet up. You will need to book rooms yourselves. It can work out cheaper if you plan on sharing as rooms in both hotels are per room per night. (if you wish to stay elsewhere and just meet at the park that is also ok) Big Blue includes breakfast, wifi and parking whereas Travelodge does not. The plan is to visit the Pleasure Beach on Saturday 6th April and then do the Merlin attractions or Sandcastle Waterpark on Sunday 7th April depending on preference. If you are looking for cheap Pleasure Beach tickets then using Tesco clubcard can be a great way to get them cheaper. Please take note if you plan to say overnight, it will be your responsibility to book your rooms and unfortunately if you're under 18 we cannot help. If you stayed the night, under no circumstances will TPM get involved and take responsibility with how you stay overnight, the overnight section will be an over 18's event. Hi TPM peeps, The annual Guildford meet will continue this year but due to personal commitments will only consist of bowling and a meal. It will take place on Sunday 3rd Feb and the plan as follows- Meal at 4pm followed by bowling (unlimited deal for £9.95 after 6pm) The meets are great fun and everyone is invited, even if you have never posted before or been to a meet all. If it's your first meet, I understand it can be nerve breaking, but we were all at that point once before, so all know the feeling. Please don't let this stop you from attending. In fairness if the game isn't your cup of tea then don't play. I wouldn't go and play Fortnite for example as I think it's a bad game! It really isn't a case of people getting at you. Unfortunately a lot of people have grown to like Inferno over the last few years. Regardless anyway the game is just a bit of fun for those that do enjoy it. Its not going to issue Nemesis Inferno with an official award so no harm done.
