Definitely agree too. Remember Charlie and the Chocolate Factory theme pumping out at Rumba Rapids and Edward Scissor Hands blasting throughout entire Nemesis Inferno area! 2005 that was I believe, blimey time does fly by!

Food Outlets
Well as much as I do also enjoy Towers/CWOA pizza/pasta I have to say imo the taste of Pizza Hut is much better than that of the in house ones. Pizza Hut tend to be a little more generous with the toppings also.

Food Outlets
It has been £8.99 all of this season. But to be honest £9.99 is still great value. Outside Thorpe Park Pizza Hut do the lunch time buffet for £6.99 which doesn't include a drink like at Thorpe Park which costs £2.35 meaning £9.34. Plus I'm actually pretty certain my branch charges £7.99 (London area). Meaning to be honest still great value for inside a theme park. http://www.pizzahut.co.uk/restaurants/menus--deals/weekday-buffet-lunch.aspx

The Smiler
Haha Was thinking exactly the same. They sure do love the black and grey track dont they. Saw, Thirteen, Krake, Raptor, Swarm and SW7 (unless I have missed any)

2013 Changes
Must add that several of my non enthusiast friends have also said this during this year. It doesn't help that Saw Alive and Canada Creek Railway (and Fungle Safari the last three years) are all standing as if they are rides that should be open, but simply closed that day. On top of that one of my friends who had never been before commented on the poor condition of the foilage in Saw The Rides queue line and said "Are they that tight and money grabbing that they don't employ gardeners". If time was spent making the place look nice and removing SBNO rides then I believe they could easily get away with not having anything new as people would want to return. The place looking run down And no new ride could possibly put people off.

Depth Charge
I rarely get wet on Depth Charge, but on occasion I have also got completely soaked!

Park Music
Interesting response from Thorpe Park to the question about chart music in Lost city. Seems it is meant to be playing there according to the post. What do people think of that idea? I am not in favour of it personally as it defeats the whole object of being a Theme Park! If the place wasn't themed fine but it really doesn't suit the theme! http://forum.maniahub.com/topic/9800-lost-city-soundtrack/

Rumba Rapids
But except for the day that video was taken has that actually worked. Hasnt't on any of my visits

Park Music
The new track (since last year) is quite good but disagree that it creates a good atmosphere as it only plays along one tiny stretch of the queue line! They need speakers throughout the indoor section!

Park Music
It certainly is strange. Although annoying when queuing for Vortex and it plays loud, then cuts out, then plays the actual Vortex music for one or two cycles, then goes back to a muffled Chart music! Seems to be taking a hell of a long time for them to get used to the supposedly "upgraded" Park wide link. Would have thought the music would have been zoned correctly by now and played at normal speed.

Closed Rides
I have been on three visits this year and on all three visits, Dragon's Fury opened in the morning and was closed by 2pm every time due to some form of technical fault. Dragon Falls was also closed almost all day on one of my visits, just opened around an hour before park close.

SAW: Alive
Haha - Going to start that one again!

Thorpe Park Trip Reports
Totally agree with you about the fastrack situation being a complete joke. However I complained to Thorpe Park the other week about various issues including Fastrack causing the Saw queue to completely come to a stand still for 15 minutes at a time (nearly 2 hours total queuing), whilst fastrackers were let through in their thousands and got this as part of the response, suggesting they "do" make it fair. Yeah right! Regarding Fastrack, they have allocated time slots in which certain allocations are sold by the sales team. Therefore there is only a limited number of Fastrack for each ride. Our rides team dispatches the ride in proportion for Fastrack and non-Fastrack holders and so that the Fastrack queue does not extend the main queue line. I apologise you do not feel that this was effective and that the queue lines were extended as a result of Fastrack ticket holders. Please be assured that I have passed your comments on to ensure that the dispatching of both queues is being carried out fairly.

SAW: The Ride
Haven't heard any queueline audio at all this year on my visits. One of the worst places to have no audio as that area is so quiet.

Samurai
Samurai actually went down for a long time during the summer holidays of the 2010 season and had what looked like some major work done to it. If you click on the following link you can see a picture of it in a very unusual position: http://forum.maniahu..._180#entry97652

Samurai
I know Samurai has had a fair few problems over the years, but the ride is 13 years old and has been operating 8 years since going back to Mondial before relocating at Thorpe Park. Maybe a replacement top scan could be the answer, I would guess Mondial have improved the way they have built them since 13 years ago, even if only slightly. I know it's time must come to an end some day but I do hope it is not any time soon.

Fright Nights 2012
The area of the park that the attraction lies in.

Size Restrictions
She was going to and has finished going to Thorpe Park, Alton Towers and then Blackpool Pleasure Beach in that order according to her previous posts!

SAW: The Ride
Wow it must have happened twice then. It was definitely boarded up on the 29th.
-
SAW: The Ride
Strange as it was boarded up exactly like that when I went last Wednesday (29th Aug). I find it hard to believe it got fixed and then shattered again in the same spot yesterday.

New Pathway By Stealth?
No. That was Dead End, placed in Lost City, On the path near Zodiac that leads round to Vortex.

Park Music
Just a shame Colossus still has the pitch problem. Other things I noticed last Weds - Beach/ Flying Fish/neptunes kingdom area was back to chart music just like dome & entrance and there was no End of day music played at all either.
