Chessington has been on average 95 - 97% uptime. And yes, unfortunately people seem to think shouting and screaming will make the rides work and that it is the poor sod at the front gate is the person at fault.

Then something major has happened to it, especially if it has tarp over it.If it had something small it'd have a staff member at the entrance informing people it was closed - Ricky you don't seem to know what you're talking about, you do come out with a lot of bollocks pretending you know park operations inside out when you're only a mere 16 year old.
  3. The restriction is anyone can now sit wherever they want, as long as there is an adult at the end of each row, with the new height restriction as 1m to 1.3m.As guests and fanboys rarely realise, it's the law; the insurers insure the ride from faults for guests between these restrictions, and to be fair if people don't like it, that's their problem.Simples!

The ride manufacturer was called in last week to do what MikeyT said, they did that overnight. It was closed for structural work for a week or so in June.
  5. Absolutely diabolical service from Chessington, it's gone absolutely crazy on overselling Exp's, making it's blindingly unmanageable. Same for exit passes - it's just such un joined up management to try and provide quick fixes. So you've got a 150 minute queue for Vampire, 75 for Runaway, Bubbleworks, and other 'just under signature ride' level, what do you do to sort this out? Cut selling Exp's down to 500 instead of 1750, stop giving out Exit passes, and stop giving disability wristbands for such stupid reasons and manage it properly.

I think all the scenes with the exception of Lift and fountain are somewhat above Vamp?
  7. I'm going tomorrow, think Chris is too.

That's actually pretty cool, for pisspoor standards of marketing.
  14. No, what you do is employ rides staff with backbone to say 'no you go where you're put' not, 'yeah you can wait'.Simple.
  15. Also called James, however a different James.First names should be allowed but going about saying OMG THE BLONDE ONE ON NEMESIS INFERNO etc.
  16. Kevin replied to Dan9's topic in UK Attractions
That's disgusting, why can't people have privacy nowadays?
  17. Until you provide a proper picture with your new 'on brand' name badge logo, you cannot tell anyone here what to do!
  18. Gate figures have been a lot lower at peak but spread out instead of silly 12-13k peaks.

You didn't explain it, seeing as the whole storm in a teacup thing with her happened as it was humour, I presumed you meant it humorous. Explain yourself properly in future, and stop being so full of it.
  20. Kevin replied to Theme Park bloke's topic in The Real World
No, you're posting stuff that should, in essence be kept away from mainstream humour. You are one of the people killing the type of humour. Stop it.
  21. Kevin replied to Theme Park bloke's topic in The Real World
Why not just keep it as a little gem to yourself and not make that sort of humour mainstream? My posts are thought out and a damned good response to a lot of the retarded posts that appear daily here! And yeah but I'm still here posting this now aren't I? :S

You're not cool, you're not stylish, just because you find stuff on the internet and post it elsewhere in attempt to get some cheap laughs.Man up, grow a pair and stop being such an irritation to the forum.

Well the ride is back to normal loading (batching as trains appear) with 5 train operation, and the fans aren't open at the moment.
