Pleasure Beach has good days and bad days... I believe I was also visiting the same day as Mark once and that day was full of dreadful people (and not just the goons)...

Like Ratatouille? Which is going to Epcot... Star Wars is about the only definite clone from the States, Frozen Land looks like what was meant to be going into DisneySea (and has gone quiet since announced), and Marvel is potentially a weird mix, we're definitely not getting Guardians of the Tower of Breakout, or likely to get the Guardians cred going into Epcot; so beyond the Iron Man RnRC retheme and the stunt show replacement I don't know what we might get that'd you'll find in America... Someone has mooted the Ant Man shooting ride coming into Hong Kong but without any solid concrete announcements we don't actually know if there will be much cloning going on...

Thirteen V2.0 - Fire edition.

Problem is we've seen it time and again with Merlin's attempts of theming/experience attractions, and I speak as someone who likes Sub Terra... There's always that ONE mis-step made that stops them from being that high quality they do strive to be... I've still not bothered with DBGT, but that it itself has been high evidence of the difference between theory and practical in terms of experience attractions... Given rides a story for the sake of having a story does not work, bigger parks than Merlin have buggered that one up enough times... And tbh I don't think being to the level of Baron 1898's pre-show is actually that far beyond MMM; given that it is just well designed projection mapping, but the devil is in the details... Would Merlin add a little hatch that opens up when the ghosts appear, or have the physical scenery move when they fly off? As I say there's always that one step they miss that prevents them from going from good to great...

Doubt he'll be working for Towers much longer... The pre-show has been making the rounds (a verbal description, not a vid/pics), all seems a bit of an attempt to give it a story or something... Certainly going to have to be something to judge upon viewing (but it has to beat Baron 1898)...

Allows them to do more things differently I guess, what with them originally coming in on Flying Coasters... Namely those long drawn out inlines seen on this and Banshee... Swarm seems to be the worst for tightening, I don't recall anything like that on Raptor (Flug was just bouncing around too much to notice anything else)... I honestly cannot remember Oblivio having them or not...

Wardley changed the entire profile of the first drop and would've changed more if he could (TT Q&A) Why aren't we allowed to be constructively critical of this? I believe they couldn't have build down into the woodland where half of flume was, which is a real shame... But given that this was a very last minute ride choice due to Smiler creating all the problems in the world, what else do we expect? Problem now there's seem to be some sudden hype because a few people who've ridden it are unsurprisingly being overwhelmingly positive over it... Which has always happened...

Wonder where I've seen that thought before? I literally saw nothing from the trials, but could be interesting to see how it goes on Symbolica...
