Future Of Chessington
Flamingoland already did that though (granted, it's awful, but their zoo is actually pretty decent)...

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
Same could be said of my sample size of taking a person who'd never been to a park before on Hex and them thinking it was the best thing since sliced ham... Sure for every member of the GP who enjoyed it there's one who didn't for whatever reason... It's not exactly unlikely...

See those comments on Chessie and Towers pages too... But unless it's mentioned in their survey screens, seemingly it doesn't count? Better just send a generic cut & paste response to everyone on there...

Wicker Man
I recall that, tis a shame they couldn't do something similar (though it probably would've been more pain than worth it in the end, given usual relations regarding woodland rides, and it being much harder to avoid roots with wooden structures)... Can dream though...

Wicker Man
It's going to be an immense disappointment, can just tell... Layout wise, seemingly uninspiring compared to what many other parks (big and small) are getting... The theme choice once again causes confusion in the whole "but whyyyyyy?" category, why not theme it to Pirates (no the ride is not going into Gloomy Wood, look at the plans above)? Assuming this has the rumoured launched lift, you'd be questioning that too given Lightning Rod's issues... And god if we have more marketing regarding a shed's insides I might have to travel to Poole and personally knock heads together... Gonna be as themed as Smiler, 1 massive element (which is positioned at a daft angle for photo ops) and a partially themed building... If only they'd used the entire Flume site, then I'd be more invested...

Derren Brown's Ghost Train: Rise of the Demon
You'd get certain quarters defending it to the hilt regardless of the park it was at... Like the Europa fanboys being excited over a Soarin' clone and some of us not being utterly arsed by it... It's very unlikely though that this is the exact future of rides, much like Potter, or Spidey, because by the time these things are affordable there's new things on offer...

Th13teen
It has airtime though, back row on the first drop is full of it... It does amuse me that Thirteen's flaws were done well by Zierer, but then the Zierer drop is really bad... A combination of the two would be perfect... Still gets the guests enjoying themselves, which is more important than anything else...

Bolliger and Mabillard
Cos Nemesis goes "OM NOM NOM QUEUES" all the time, compared to Air when half the time it was playing bingo, and others having bad throughputs...

Liseberg
http://www.mynewsdesk.com/se/liseberg/pressreleases/check-out-lisebergs-new-rollercoaster-1912270 Slight update on the B&M including layout confirmation, as well as confirming that the Fairytale Castle dark ride will be spited soon in favour of a modern replacement...

I swear that got confirmed ages ago as well? Especially given Baron opened same date...

Zodiac
I thought when Drayton got it it was brand new, certainly ran brand new when it did 6 full rotations... Should just get one of them new gen ones that are starting to pop up...

Still a better throughput than Enigma...

Blackpool Pleasure Beach
Thing is, it'll NEVER be the icon ride of the park, that's the Big One and probably will be for years to come... Where's the fountain going?

Blackpool Pleasure Beach
The amount of spelling mistakes in that article hurts me... Awful name, like, there's SO MUCH stuff you could take inspiration from Japanese culture... Even calling it Samurai would've been fine... Typical tacky Blackpool...

2017 Season General Discussion
If there was more care into the park then they wouldn't have to resort to such measures though Marc... Shutting a park gates because of most of the park being shut should not be spun positively, because it's out of necessity that they had to because of their failings on the operational side... Those things happened because they know that the PR fallout would've been much harder to deal with if they didn't do those things... Not to improve guest experience... Merlin might actually take notice if they drop to 3 stars on TripAdvisor, or their KPIs drop...

2017 Season General Discussion
Probably because the park(s) know that if there's such a day going on they NEED to provide compensation, otherwise they'll be ripped to shreds on social media... It's embarrassing... How could they be understaffed so early in the season during the holidays? (though that's probably because the staff turnover is so awful, maybe a review of careers is needed?) Two biggest parks in the UK and one is deliberately half closed whilst the other just has days like this where half the rides are broken... And the question is will this actually change anything? Because if it did, then things would've changed a long time ago...
