  1. The Swarm has broken down! It is now a true Thorpe coaster!
  2. Really cant wait to get on this next weekend!
  3. We need more Les Coogan here...
  4. Having asked my parent, I would say, yes, The only restriction I would put on this meet is that it has to be someone whose been to a meet before, so the persons parents would know that its okay.
  5. Woah, Woah, hold up for a sec, I'm pretty sure that younger members would have thought this through, they would know that they would have to pay for the hotel, I doubt that young members wouldn't be able to pay, that's the good thing about arranging the meet in advance, it gives them a time to save up, on the topic of older members going to the bar, I don't see what the problem is, if younger members joined the adults, they just wouldn't drink, and if they didn't want to join the grown ups, they could just stay in their rooms, and if an older member gives a younger member a lift, they would know that the least they could do is put something towards the petrol, I certainly would. I'm sorry but I feel that having an age restriction would be ridiculous, they don't do it at the London meets so I don't see why they would do it here.
  6. I don't think you quite grasp why people don't like this, its not because its Rock/Alternative, its because people want an ambient track that fits the ride, a rock song would just seem cheesy with a ride that really requires a dark, sinister ambient track.
  7. I like it... as long as its not the main theme.
  8. if this meet does happen in October, I'm sure some members would love to book scare rooms
  9. In my opinion, I would prefer something like this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QU1TJX60VyA&list=FLKgMp8AuO4hqYOtiXlCwawQ&index=3&feature=plpp_video:D
  10. Thing is though, Silver Star being a car park coaster kinda works, considering the theme.

Probably didn't phrase that in the correct way, not really abandoned, just more "taken over"by the Forbidden Valley, the concept was to show how the ride could fit in with the rest of the area, because at the moment, it doesn't

On Feburary 9th, the games industry lost a fantastic artist, who pretty much created the worlds that we see in Fallout 3 and Skyrim.Adam Adamowicz died from lung cancer, he was 43.Bethesda has set up a memorial page for him on their website, it shows all of his concept art from Fallout 3 and Skyrim: http://fallout.bethsoft.com/adam/He will be missed.
  18. In my opinion, Marc's On-ride photos are a greater source of comedy than any other photo...
