If a Morph dark ride did happen, I'd say it'll have a very similar plot to the 5th Dimension (Morph and Chas go on a quest for Tony Hart's paintbrush or something, and have to use it to defeat a monster at the end)

Well, it's just apparently they've stopped the flow of red, as the powder gets into nearby lakes/rivers/streams, therefore putting wildlife and water supplies at risk! Whether Towers will come up with a solution and bring back the river of blood or not, I honestly have no idea
