Are they still offering the photopass offer?

Does anyone know if they've changed at all for this season? Like the layout or the sponsors or materials or anyhing...

I know they want too appeal to families more but that, in my opinion so there's no evidence behind this, is TOO babyish, like its very slow, except the not smooth launch and has lots of sections of the ride that is wasted and inefficient time of moving VERY slowly. I know its turning into a family market but surely THORPE could muster up something better than that...

But why would an operator not turn them on?

I wonder why the mist can be so temperamental

Just out of interest, physics AS Level and all, how does Samurai spin? Is it to do with alternating currents creating a magnetic force that causes it (Don't know if that explanation is right) as I see on the top of the arm it rotates around a thick set of orangey brown, what look like wires with a black contact

I remember on a school trip to THORPE we had a seminar with one of the chief engineers and he was explaining that Colossus was one of the first rides its company ever installed and because of this, they were inexperienced and this meant that a lot of the ride was tweaked as it was being constructed, such as the support pole tops, most of which had to be bent on site as they didnt fit, he referred to it as a high quality botch job Just thought this was an interesting fact I'd share with you lot, you may already know it

I agree with you on that one flipper, its an almost perfect place for a small shop and I bet with the close links to ministry of sound and all the cool lighting and theme you could get some really cool and probably completely new merch, I know I would wanna buy some X merch

I know most people are going to disagree with me here but I personally loved 'The Noise' as it was good to hear all the chart songs and it meant that I associated some songs with the park every time I hear them, makes for some good memories, particularly Chris Malinchak- So Good To Me, which was played over the summer, id be sad to see The Noise disappear

I was just wondering how the park can justify only discounting concession prices on a 1 day online ticket by £2 to £22.99, that seems a bit steep considering MOST elderly people who go there aren't going for the rides, they are usually with a family and are there for people too young as company or just to spend a day with grand-kids etc. Does anyone else think they should offer a highly discounted ticket for people who will not be going on the rides such as the elderly or others and make them them wear something like a wristband so they cannot get on the rides? Seems like it would be fairer for those people.

Was just wondering if anyone knew about the floods regarding their effect on THORPE PARK, it looks pretty bad in that are and I'm surprised it hasn't already seen some damage but there's more on the way :/ that lake must be awful high by now :/
