Vampire

Recommended Posts

Now now, Thorpe has done really well with its reliability this year, in fact all three of the old Tussauds parks have improved on ride up-time.

Vamps really seemed to affect the park. It was hell busy.

It was probably for the best you didn't wait around for Vampire, lets put it this way, the park closed at 6:15 and the ride was still running with guests on at 7:30. We could hear it from the Monkey Puzzle. ;)

Really? , Did the old cars swing more/ give a better ride experience or was it simply because they looked better ;) ?

I can't remember how much they swung, and I know at times they could be murder to get in and out of, but the old trains made the ride. It's still a good ride, but now it could be any family suspended coaster.

Vampire is'nt as smooth as Nemesis Inferno, but dont forget Vampire is an Arrow/Vekoma and NI is a B&M, plus age is a factor. Vampire was early 90's and NI was 2004?

2003 but that is irrelevent, yeah, B&M are know for their smoothness, Vekoma aren't exactly the top of the smoothness scale are they :(, their looping coasters are 10/10 on the headbasher scale.
