August 23, 200916 yr comment_67549 Basically its in between the make-shift extension and fastrack queue line going round and meeting at the door both queues are cut off just before entering the warehouse.and the I guess fastrack is put in the main queue at the moving gate bit and single rider goes up the stairs(old fastrack bit) and through the old disabled bit(the right queue line) into the station,so like before really.
August 23, 200916 yr comment_67550 Why are the staff on SAW: The Ride not happy that the Single Rider Queue is going back? They already have it in operation on Stealth and Flying Fish...

August 23, 200916 yr comment_67563 Yes they were doing that anyway, however this time they go through the gate at the bottom of the stairs as opposed to the top of the stairs and disabled and single rider is in the "unused" section of the queue and split up at the top corridor bit into the station, I have a picture but cant be bothered to upload as the stealth man said you will have to find out for yourself.

August 24, 200916 yr comment_67617 The thing is with SRQ is that it just changes a number on a piece of paper - it doesn't make the main queue go down, it doesn't mean people will wait less time in their groups, and from TP's perspective, it's kind of something that isn't really needed, as compared to batching for example which should be happening, to ensure that if there is a 2 at the front of the queue, that there is another 2 in behind them so every seat is filled, instead of having 2 3/4 filled cars.If that makes sense.
August 24, 200916 yr comment_67710 On the first day they were struggling to keep up, me and Rich were a two of course, and by the time we were sitting in the car the man had to say over PA, " two for row 3 please". in my eyes it will not last very long.
August 24, 200916 yr comment_67717 Actually I believe it will decrease the Main que, not by a huge amount but it will. Think of all the single riders and groups who will now use the SRQ, rather than using seats which everyone else would fill they are now filling the seats that would have been empty.

Think of all the single riders and groups who will now use the SRQ, rather than using seats which everyone else would fill they are now filling the seats that would have been empty. The only problem is that this could have a totally different effect. If the Single Rider is slow boarding, you are delaying the car being dispatched. This will increase the queueing time.In some ways, SRQ's can increase the queueing time, even though they are trying to reduce the queueing time.
August 24, 200916 yr comment_67726 I see how that could happen, but if the Single Rider's are pre-batched as they were before, that problem is eliminated.
August 24, 200916 yr comment_67728 I see how that could happen, but if the Single Rider's are pre-batched as they were before, that problem is eliminated.Lets just hope then that the Single Rider people are quick!
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67815 I'm glad the SRQ is coming back, because I thought it did work when they had it before.Just wish Nemesis Inferno would get one back.
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67825 if saw was to break down, would staff give you an exit pass or would you go to GS
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67826 if saw was to break down, would staff give you an exit pass or would you go to GSIf they evacuate the queue then yes they should, but if they don't you could go to guest services if the ride consitently breaks down (over 5 times when your queuing) or if they don't give you and exit pass when the queue evacuates.
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67827 SAW was brilliant yesterday, 90 min queue at about 12 o'clock and then what should of been 55 mins turned into over an hour on the second ride at about 5:30/5:45 due to 2 break downs. All effects are working, blood squirting body is back on, blades are swinging and the crossbows were brilliant!
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67832 Yes all the effects are working. Even "Congrats you survived" at the end works again. Perfect timing hehe.
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67833 I hate to be a bother but they are not called exit passes! Priority pass! Your not supposed to use any exit (par a few like Detonator)
August 25, 200916 yr comment_67875 I got an Exit Pass last week from GS.Same, it said Ride Exit Pass, Please enter via the ride exit.
August 26, 200916 yr comment_67890 It says on the Ride Exit PassThis pass entitles one person priority access through the ride exit
August 26, 200916 yr comment_67891 Can we leave this now please? It seems as though every time I have been on this topic for the last week or so the conversation has been about these stupid exit passes.
