The episode would have been brilliant if it was revealed that it was the cybermen taking the staff and then you saw the conversion of the woman in the bunker thing. Then if it revealed a load of empty/dormant cybermen instead of the robots holding boxes and the episode could have ended on a cliff hanger. It was an episode with a lot of potential and way better than all of moffats but it still fell flat.

I commended the poor girl in Fins on the 13th October when buying my two pints of Goose Island IPA for doing her best to cope with an absolute shambles of a queuing system. I prayed for her that night, she was too young to be sacrificed to the baying MAP holding, lanyard wearing mob at such an age 1 like = 1 respect. Other than that, I remember back in March feeling sorry for the chap at the Fish & Chips/Pasty stand opposite the Dodgems as they hadn't been furnished with a new chip and pin card reader despite being card only, meaning when trying to type in £8.00 it was coming up as £8000.00 as the zero key was getting stuck.

The 'star' stuff is a running thing throughout the year, staff and MAP holders can give staff a 'star' if they think someone is doing an exceptional job. I think the star ball is only for those with a number of stars but I'm not sure.
