1 pointAgreed! Would be SO easy. Just give the cinema a generic 50s Amity Cinema or theatre theme so it doesn't matter what film or show is on in there. Dodgems can be a 50s gas station. Then Detonator can just pretend to be jungle themed again.1 point -
1 pointI saw this yesterday elsewhere before SLKSTN posted it - but "from the darkness comes light" is a nice phrase to hear - the theme of Hyperia is a marked change from everything prior being doom, destruction and gloom - whether that is just a reference to Hyperia itself or a wider change in theme, remains to be seen. The biggest question is - new logo, new music - are they FINALLY going to replace that awful half-working entrance screen? One would hope so considering you have a world class rollercoaster opening.

1 pointA significantly new entrance area is unlikely given we haven't seen plans yet, but not impossible. The park are restricted with how much they could do there, but they certainly could revamp it.1 point

1 pointI hope so. Its a dead IP now (always was really) and there did seem to be some talk about changes coming to angry bird land in the passholders group earlier this year. Would make sense to do it at the same time as a rebrand. Would love to see the return of the black hole music on Detonator1 point -
1 pointI’m 100% all in for feel good thrills. One thing I love about hyperia is that the theme isn’t dark. Really think Thorpe moving in a more uplifting direction is a massive positive1 point

Just come back from my walk by thorpe park, here's an update from the site. Contsruction walls avoided me from getting good photos, but here's the best I could get. Station's going up I believe though need to look over the plans to check. Main tower seems to be going up which was ace to see, but might pop into thorpe park next time for better photos.
