If I'm honest I think that an all out gang war is very very unlikely at Thorpe too! I think the security and occasional police presence is good anyway. We all slate Thorpe a lot for being a chav park but how many times do you see people being beaten up by chavs at Thorpe or hearing of robberys at Thorpe etc. Chessington is without a doubt the nicer environment to work in by the looks of it, but I just had to put my two cents in there about the chavs.

I'm sorry, I know Thorpe has a reputation for chavs but that is a bit of an unfair judgement on Thorpe Park, its worth pointing out that its only a very very small minority of chavs at Thorpe who are there to cause trouble.

I know from work that London Midland do not offer any combined train / entrance tickets for Alton, and neither do Virgin. I would however recommend travelling with London Midland though because the fare is half the price of a Virgin ticket, but it does take a little bit longer.

They can if you constantly experience them and for long periods of time, its more red-outs that you should be worried about though because its a rush of blood to the brain, which can kill you pretty damn quickly.

It would need extra tanks if a big speed increase was going to be a permanent thing, but for one launch at 100mph or whatever then the normal tanks would handle it, and probably just take longer to reset after for the next launch. Not forgetting that it would need extra height if it was going to be made faster because of the force going over the top, which would be potentially lethal to riders :)Yes the 2007 Stealth 1.1 thing was just a marketing trick, all thats different is take the measurement half way down the launch track instead of the end, and say yeaah it took 1.9 seconds to reach this point! And thus marketing that and making everyone believe their sneaky trick.
