One week today, really looking forward to this meet having not done a christmas one before! -

I haven't seen The Hunger Games so have no idea what to expect if it happens. What type of attractions could we see that would fit in with the film?

The Purge 2 also been announced, could be interesting if they go with a full on crime-spree rather than just one house being broken in to.

I expect it'll be the same maze, but under a new IP with a few new scenes. Texas Chainsaw anyone? Would be cool to walk through the Sawyer family house with the family all trying to attack you, then you go into the basement bit and Leatherface himself chases you out of the house. Maybe have it similar to MBV where it feels like Leatherface is chasing you through the maze. If done well it could be bloody intense!

I doubt they have enough staff to be able to open, down my end there's no trains from godalming/guildford into Waterloo until 12:25pm, so the trains are still messed up!

Really? We started queueing for it at 2:35 and it took well over an hour due to shutdowns etc

Yesterday would've probably been one of my best Fright Night trips if it wasn't for every maze we queued for having technical problems and the ridiculous over-selling of fastrack. Managers were telling people that fastrack had sold out for mazes, then a couple of people selling the fastrack had a word with the managers and started selling it again. This was when the queues were already ridiculous and the poor staff selling fastrack were mobbed by people. Was not a nice atmosphere at all last night but I'm sure Thorpe made a tonne of money from fastrack sales and the amount of beer they sold (the amount of drunk people was crazy). On a more positive note, every maze (including Blair Witch) was excellent and the actors were all doing such a good job all night.
