    Fright Nights 2012

You need proof that it is you who paid with that card, just take a short note saying something like "I give (your name) consent to collect the ticket purchased on my card, signed...(cardholders name)". Just something like that and you'll be fine!

    Fright Nights 2012

Nope, you can take a written letter of consent from the cardholder. I've done that many times

    Dreams

I have this recurring dream which I've been having since I was a kid where I would be walking down the stairs and when I got to the middle bit next to the window I'd freeze still and couldn't move. Then a monster would slowly walk up the garden to the window and get me. Quite strange considering I first had this dream when I was a lot younger and I still have it sometimes.
  6. Hmmm 'Ryan' is on the list, as far as I'm aware I'm the only Ryan and I can't make this event. Sorry!

    Fright Nights 2012

"EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW! We're so excited that it's only FOUR DAYS till Fright Nights come to THORPE PARK. To whet your appetite, here's a sneak peak into horrific NEW attraction, The Passing... Have you booked your time to die yet?" From THORPE PARK's facebook page!
  8. It's entirely up to you if you read it or not. You don't have to click the spoiler tags to find out what the secret is. Some people, like me, want to know and are not too fussed about keeping it a secret.
  9. Wow! If 100% correct then I'm very excited for this
  10. Shouldn't be too busy really being during the week and a lot of people will be saving their trips until Fright Nights, adding in the bad weather recently too. It shouldn't be too bad

    Samurai

I remember this being brought up a while back, I think they just use that image as a general stock image. Thorpe won't be selling Samurai

    Slammer

I'm not disagreeing with you, just correcting Skipper's post

    Slammer

    Don't you mean Slammer?
  15. Wow, what a pleasant way to treat another human being. Different people enjoy different things, there's nothing wrong with someone (whatever age they are) enjoying theme parks and wanting to have their own bit of authority and have a Facebook page. If you're really going to let something so mediocre ruin your day then you need to take a step back and look at yourself. If you have a problem with another member on this forum then take it up with a member of the mod/admin team and we will be more than happy to help, rather than post bitchy posts on here about them. I can't begin to imagine how 'ThemeParkWorld' is feeling now but I want you to know I'm truly sorry on behalf of this forum for the way you've been treated. If there's anything you want to talk about then feel free to PM one of the team. One last thing, continuing from what Tommy mentioned in his post. It could only take one small thing like this to send someone over the edge, you have no idea how much what you say can affect the person it's about. Please just think before you post, thanks!

    Sky Sports

Before when I was in the bar in the dome they were showing Gillette Soccer Saturday so I know it's possible for them to show sky sports. I'm not sure whether this is a regular thing or if they show matches.
  17. Well enjoy! Be sure to let us know how your day went
  18. It depends what you find scary to be honest. Different elements of the rides scare different people. Saw is scary for the beyond vertical drop and the horror theme of the ride. People find Stealth scary because it's so high up and the launch is very fast. Other people find The Swarm scary because of the near miss elements and the exposure to the elements. Personally, I find Stealth the scariest but best purely because of the anticipation of the countdown before you launch! But it really does depend on what you find scary. You should definitely try them all though as they're great thrilling experiences
  19. Hey Graw! Before I start answering we have some top tips just here, check them out! http://new.thorpepar.../page/info_tips Saturday may be quite busy as it has been in the past at weekends, although it does depend on the weather. If this bad weather continues into the weekend then expect it to be quieter than any normal Saturday. Judge for yourself on the day if you'll need fastrack or not, go around the park and hit as many rides as you can early on when the queues are short and you should get on a lot without the need for fastrack. There rarely are actors in the Saw queue so I am 99% certain there will not be, especially as this is not a peak time for the park. I'm not too certain on what the situation with Stealth is at the moment, perhaps a more in-the-know member will be able to update you on that. But check up on www.thorpepark.com before you leave in the morning and there should be a ticker on there which says which rides are unavailable. Any more queries then feel free to ask, have a good day!

    Fright Nights 2012

We would have seen construction by now if it was on the beach/outside, so my guess would be the old Hellgate building (old No Way Out queue line)
