When I went to Blackpool everybody was searched as standard at Pleasure Beach. I think it should be the same here, rather than the random searches.

For me Quantum is absolutely fine. I can handle practically any ride except for Zodiac (Enterprises). If I went on more than three times I would definately feel ill.

We have only had a couple of cold days over the last week or two. It seems to be actually quite mild for this time of year. For example London's max temp today is 16 degrees (tomorrow is supposed to be top temp of 18), which is much warmer than it should be this time of year.

Just thought I would mention that Samurai was suffering with zeroing issues today. It took almost 5 minutes at one point to find its positon to lower. Had a fantastic ride on it however.

The music here was fantastic again today. The whole area thumping out the Nemesis Inferno Theme just like it did in 2003. Then it became very atmospheric at night when the music changed to Fright Nights music (one of few areas with its own FN music)However very disappointed that the red lights were not on and the Mist is off or not working. It would have been great at night with the mist.

Just thought id mention what I noticed was different about it. The four supports seem to be even more silver in colour than before and the main arm has bits of white over the brown bits. Its much smoother when lowering now. Before as it was lowering it would look like it was going to go back up again 3 or 4 times as it lowered. It only does this once now.

Sounds good, can't wait til next week when I go. Do you mean every area/ride was playing one playlist rather than the previous individual tracks for each ride?

I had this problem about a month ago. To fix it you need to go into internet options and delete your temporary internet files and cookies.

I haven't checked the official site much this year but I havent actually seen rides unavailable on the info bar this year at all. Samurai wasn't mentioned, I didn't see Tidal Wave or Slammer mentioned or Stealth when that was down. Is it definately being used for major rides?
