Soooooo they have budget to repaint a ride but no budget to open half the park...? I am soooo confused.
  6. I have already planned my trip for September, I only went in October 2015!
  7. I expect some parts that where considered 'rough' may be re-profiled to be smother, but the layout won't change.
  8. Unfortunately, due to recent health problems and working arrangements, I will be unable to attend. It's a very busy weekend with approximately 4,200 legal changes that need to be addressed over night! Hopefully will make a meet soon though!

Hmmph, you have a funny way of showing it.
  10. ^ I don't think H&S would approve of anything but what they have now. As far as I know this is the first time they have been removed, which is probably for maintenance, they did get to the point where they where off/broken more often than not. What I think would be a neat idea is if they sped up as the train approached.

I genuinely struggle to understand why you are on this forum. We do not know what issues, if any, have occurred on Loggers which led to this decision. And as has already been stated, why would they be doing any work on a ride immediately when they have almost 17 months to do any work they do need to do. I would much rather them concentrate on rides that will be open in less than 3 months, this could be the boost needed to ensure they have as many rides fully functioning at maximum capacity and concentrate on areas that have let them down over the last few years. Just think, those two engineers who would be working on Loggers, could be working on all the effects park wide, maybe even ensure dodgems has more than 3 cars working. Maybe the elusive water tower in Amity Cove will be resurrected. I just think doing closed season maintenance on a ride which is sheduled to be closed for a year and a half is just ludicrous.

I swear the "Colossus has scoffolding so must mean a repaint" rumour has been going for about 10 years.
  17. I genuinely don't know why I'm so excited about The Hulk relaunch.
  18. Se7en has and always been my favourite attraction, mainly due to the theme. The 7 sins has always been an interest to me, so was very excited when the news came it would open, many years ago. As much as I enjoyed The Asylum, it did get very boring after so many years without change. And I assume most of you know, it will never return in its former glory owing to the fact that it came under criticism due to the theme. Though I am sure if they tweaked it slightly they could get away with it under a different name. I am also aware that it's current location is occupied by IAC. What I would love to see return is a revamped Hellgate. Though it was very dated when it departed, it was still pretty good!
