There's obviously no new haunt this year, so maybe a new fairground ride perhaps?

Pleased to confirm that I'll be on the ISLAND LIKE NO OTHER on Friday 13th, officially the sPOoPiEsT day in the world for FRIGHT NIGHTS, and I look forward to having an incredible experience in the mazes, with 15 actors surrounding me at all times, each referring to me by name and then the one off the posters escorting me to a secret maze within the maze where Russ Gaines then greets me with a Coke freestyle of my choosing and a selection of doughnuts from DOUGHNUT TIME, before handing me a real life Easter Egg with the words THE CURSE on it, a nod to the maze THE CURSE if you don't know, before then returning to the maze via the - relocated - new Tidal Wave fire effect room, upon which Alice off the videos jump scares me out of a MACK RIDES timber box, where I then run out of the maze and am given an Ultimate fastrack wristband and a bespoke game of DOBBLE. Jokes aside though - echoing what my m80 Jessica says, considering it's £10 a maze, I will genuinely - for the first time ever - go to guest services and moan if a run through is ruined by numpties. Or, hopefully the staff just forget to scan our booking like they did last year.

No problem, I'll be uploading a 15 minute video about these new ski-slope themed signs on my Youtube channel this evening.

I think these signs are supposed to be ski slope related which is vaguely ish related to Oktoberfest as they have some skis dotted about the area and a ski lift you can sit in.

I know everything about "Exodus" as you call it, but I don't want to post because no-one realised I knew what I was talking about when I said DBGT construction "looked like a train tunnel" long before anything was confirmed. A post on Alton Towers' socialz would imply that they are auctioning off all the old tat memorabilia from DUEL in the near future. Either that or they are reusing the Duel guns in Project Horizon.

Apparently going vertical is not in the area you'd expect, whatever that means. So therefore, I expect a number of supports to appear where Slammer is SBNO #MattyMoo83IconExclusive

I would agree that March opening is incredibly optimistic but we shall see. I think a lot will depend on the weather over winter, it doesn't look like there's much room for flexibility in the schedule.

Also - the new coaster at Legoland seems to be flying under the radar a bit doesn't it? Being overshadowed by Exodus I guess, and SW9 speculation and such.

Thorpe Park's socials are on a roll today - they've just posted the next FN announcement before the "official reveal" at 7pm, but with a picture of Colossus. Creature Campus sounds like something from Chessington.

Blowing the dust off this topic but I see that Legoland have announced Viking River Splash will close permanently from 25th September... opening in 2007 that's 16 years of operation. Rumba Rapids laughs in the face of such failure, and will raise you 20 years on top of that and counting.

Why oh why oh why would you post this - scheduled or otherwise - when the ride is still closed?
