Facebook actually was really useful for my uni group work last semester... Especially as you can now upload files onto it... Allowed quick group discussion when at home and in uni on different computers... Don't knock it's usefulness till you try it...

Saw The Room again last night...Even better the second time around... Words cannot describe it...This picture can attempt to though...

Looks good...Really have to tip the hat to Thorpe with the marketing for this... Considering this is a completely new thing for them to do, they're really putting it all into it...Criticising the position of the sign though... Is quite pedantic... Putting it in full view of the entrance and exit bridge is a stroke of damn marketing genius... Because it will be the first and last thing people see at the park, and should stick in the mind quite well...Better than just having posters/models/nothing at all now isn't it?

Coaster types ALWAYS go through bandwagons though... Look at SLCs, Boomerang, Stand-ups, Inverted, Accelerators and probably many more... When these types were introduced there was a fairly high amount of boom due to various reasons due to cost, ease of construction and uniqueness (by which I mean, unique to the park/area when it opened)... Indeed, even the Flying coaster had a boom, the only one that really didn't was the Dive Machine, but that easily could have been due to the high cost of ground/tunnel work...There's absolutely nothing wrong with Wing-Riders doing the keyhole element... By that reasoning to a degree, Inverted coasters are all the same as they use leg-choppers on all of them... There are a lot more samey coasters in the world than 3 (potentially 4) Wing-Riders... The American side of the industry is so damn different due to the vast gulf in tastes... Bigger, bolder and brasher are the key things you see in every American park, even Disney do big things with everything... I like the look of the Superman ride (bar the brakes of DEATH) as it is a really unique ride... It's confirmed as a Premier since I posted that stuff yesterday...And if you're expecting Six Flags to give a well detailed story or theme PAST DC Comics? Never gonna happen...

^It's probably a lot more difficult to convert to that extra row for Inferno... Especially when considering it will completely change the forces involved on the ride and actually would involve extending the station a little bit...Was a good idea at the time, but oh well...EDIT - Two more pics of X-Flight...Looks really good... I hinted nothing, it was a joke directed at Adam since he posted the same info as me only 2 minutes behind, so I had 'ninja'd' him...As Adam has pointed out, it WILL be called X-Flight... Because the Americans seem to be very unimaginative and bland with their ride names to be honest... Even if ride names in general are difficult to make truly unique, at least name your Windseekers something DIFFERENT at each park!

Gonna bring this topic back for a quick discussion about the ride (or more specifically, the theming)...Now my blaster was broken so I was semi-forced into riding the ride as it was originally designed to, and you know what, the theming that is on this ride is bloody brilliant... It seemed a LOT darker today especially in the skeleton corridor (whether this is due to new lighting or closing the shutters I'm not sure), which really upped the atmosphere...Of course, the ride isn't perfect, but the scenery and theming, is bloody spot on and rarely gets complimented...To the Studios...

Angry Boys looked like some of the worst pieces of programming BBC 3 has ever seen...Which is certainly saying something...

I recorded and watched BBC Three's coverage of Muse...Not much has changed since their setlist last year, though apparently they didn't show ALL of it... Still bloody amazing to watch though and really reminded me how awesome they are live... When they touring proper again?

Quite dead towards the end of the day as well... Still though, I've never really understood the popularity/point of it, and would personally never have been if it weren't free...

The boat ride is awful, especially so when NONE of the 3 characters meant to be seen on the ride, aren't seen...The ride is an embarassment... Even with the lifts (and TV room) being cool, it's not worth the effort... Next on the chopping board it should be...

Well, wasn't Hitler the most POINTLESS thing ever...I'm sorry, but this series has really unimpressed me... Too much blabber and action with very little of traditional Who based times... It's that child who just keeps fidgeting the entire time in class because it just can't settle... ANNNNND that was the most mis-leading title ever... Hitler got put in a cupboard and was never seen again... No wonder we won the war...P.S. The trailer involves Rory mentioning he's died again...
