It's not helped by the personal point scoring that seems to be going around a LOT of Twitter accounts recently... I'm not a fan of Sanbrooke or TPW but another account did basically grass them up for the image in question (why I'm not sure, I'm 100% certain Towers keeps tabs on plenty of relevant media accounts themselves), for some reason... I've unfollowed the account as a result because it wasn't needed to be done in such a public setting (if Towers REALLY cared about it, they would have contacted Sanbrooke directly to discuss it) and for such blatant point scoring (it's not the first time I've seen them do such nonsense)... It's sad to see the UK scene becoming really petty these days... Regarding cameras on rides, it's gotta be a common sense thing right? A flat out ban on all rides is just an over-reaction (so expect Merlin to do this) and will not be a great sign when someone gets berated for taking pictures of their kid on Sea Dragons...

I've never parked at the park car park, I'd assume most people will park down the other end of the promenade and tram it down than pay that... Or more likely, be at a B&B with parking included...

Flambards has a (surprisingly) massive indoor section of a slice of Victorian life, which is probably why the cost is £20... I think it's relatively easy to miss anyway, but it's very missable when just creds are on the table... Big Sheep is truly worth spending more time at...

Presumably they've still got the super cheap season passes? Might be worth a look at those...

Intamin could make a ride that literally melts off your genitals and it would be a top 10 coaster on TPR...

When's the POV from? Perhaps they've done a Wodan and changed the wheels, only the other way round to nerf the ride...

You can tell Thorpe's social media is run by an enthusiast because they know exactly what buttons to press to get people going crazy over absolutely nothing at all... Hey remember when Thorpe posted a picture of a RMC? They're DEFINITELY getting one now!

Space would be an issue there methinks (dark ride wise), though depends what they could do if they spited the DreamFlight rip-off...

It's the 1.2m restrictions, same as Spinball and Thirteen... Think the comparison to Thirteen is valid, the pre show is very dark and very loud; prime problems for those who aren't that big on the scared factor (I can imagine I wouldn't have been a fan at the 1.2m age)... Weird contradictory Merlin choices...

City parks are the easiest and cheapest, Madrid is a good shout here (plus Parque Warner isn't that hard to get to via public transport either)... Efteling is a good one via public transport too (either Amsterdam or Rotterdam airports), and Asterix is just as doable (coaches from Lourve in central Paris or CDG airport)... Verona airport is a good central base for the northern Italian parks as well, though not sure on the public transport side of things there...

Even if it doesn't open this year, at least one can stare at this beautiful station building...

All cycles innit, couple of years ago all we had was Florida this and that... Later this year it'll be Cedar Point... Then next year somewhere else...

Weird decision, any idea of an incident on it over the past year? Or perhaps changes to Swedish H&S? Depends how tight they are on you if they ruin the ride that much... Disappointing regardless...

Wait until you see the massive fences everywhere...... The station looks nice, the tri-coloured shop/arcade does not... The tiger rock itself looks nice, that dragon does not... A typical Merlin project then...

You should mention that trip to Cedar Point more... I do worry that this thing will suffer from Intamin syndrome... Great first drop but then everything else is all mehhhh...

All that profit has been wiped out by Icon though... So it's success is necessary...
