I mean that instead of giving everyone who complains a Fastrack, they should actually look at what has happened and why, and look to improve this. Many of the problems occurring at Thorpe have been happening for years, and yet it seems that they show no signs of actually improving. King Nemesis provided context above for this particular situation. One boat on Tidal Wave?! On a hot day like this and with Loggers closed as well! Are they serious? Just to be clear, it's obvious to me that the engineers work very hard, but there clearly aren't enough of them to cope with the demand.

Instead of handing out Fastrack maybe they should look at actually addressing the issues raised!

I've seen similar situations happen at Thorpe on several occasions, Fright Nights tend to be the worst though. I believe that several coasters were on train today which can't have helped (not sure if they went up to two later) - do they reduce the Fastrack quota to take this into consideration? Regarding the priority passes, if people on a fan forum can work out that people with priority passes were going to be on park today then why didn't Thorpe predict this and reduce the quota of Fastracks to be sold on the day? Money before guest experience.

The issue I have with them advertising Fastrack so much is that it defeats the object of it when too many people buy it, and causes congestion both in the main queue and the Fastrack queue. Guess that works for Thorpe/Merlin though, make more money and sod the guest experience.

Not a fan of them using the queue times as a way to upsell Fastrack. Makes it more obvious that they're doing that as well.

I'd much rather they used their resources on getting the rides they already have open, but maybe that's just me. I just can't see this working as a permanent attraction - Saw Alive failed, Sub Terra at Alton failed, so why would this be any different?

Is anything happening with those chipboard archways or is that part of the theme? Also I recognise that cart, used to be parked outside Saw Alive if I remember correctly.

For anyone who went to an After Dark last year, did they keep the ride queues open until 10pm? I'm thinking of going to one this year but I remember a few years back they closed the Megafobia queue at 8:30pm - so wondering if they still do this. Thanks!

^ I'd been on everything else worth going on that was open and queues were getting longer due to one train.

My point is that the Canada Creek area of the park needs some attention, at the moment it's basically SBNO with the exception of Rocky.

Yesterday: Yay I'm at Thorpe woop woop! Right can't wait to go on Saw! Oh... Never mind, I'll go on Samurai as it's nearby! Oh dear! Never mind, I'll go on the other flat ride in this area Ah well, as it's a warm day I'll go and cool off on Logger's Leap! Well seeing as everything in this area seems to be closed I'll just go and relax on the train; Welcome to SBNO Creek 2016.

As with any park, I'll defend them when there is a valid reason to, but BPB at present is just as bad as the other parks operationally and I haven't claimed otherwise.

I understand how you feel, it does seem that people on here get very protective over certain aspects of Thorpe/other parks but to offer some advice, if you enjoy discussing theme parks on here then don't let the minority ruin it for you.
