No it wasn't, that was just the end of its advertising "Big, enormous, giant, humongous, great Thorpe Park".
We should be able to expect a new flat or two over the next few years, especcially if any of the existing ones come to the end of their life. I would like a good old spin and spew, since Calgary Stampede went that is what is missing for me. It's hard for them to advertise a ride like that in a way to make it worth their while though so I doubt it would happen, makes it hard to introduce a good solid filler that isn't some new fangled prototype. The closest I think I can hope for might be a Huss Jump2, it is spectacular looking enough
