Indeed. In an anti-rant I've finally got time machine working on my macbook!

Jetlag makes me feel like I've just thrown up, very dehydrated and just overall gross feeling, bleh. Oh but welcome home me.
  3. Boardwalk attractions opened up in Knotts and someone important wore this suit: Love it. The picture is from Micechat.com who cover a lot of Disney Cali, Knotts, Sea World San Diego, and Six Flags Magic Mountain stuff.
  4. Unfortunately I'm out of the country, damn! Ahh well thanks anyway to THORPE PARK for the amazing opportunity and the Mania Hub team for organising. Hope everyone enjoys!
  5. Get there early and ride Baco, have a horrendous headache and go back to bed for the rest of the trip. But seriously I would suggest starting by heading left and doing Stampida, followed by Hurakan Condor when that side of the park opens (11 when I went), ride Shambaaaaaaaalllllaaaa, Khan, then whatever. But this could be totally wrong.

^ Just a few posts above.

Should we start a competition? The person who chooses the closest time to The Smiler's actual opening gets to be Marc for the day.

It was getting complicated looking for the appropriate topic so I'll use this one: Knew about the expansion for a while but this concept art really sells the Springfield area for me. I'm surprised and glad that Universal are pumping money into this as well as Transformers The Ride, and the huge Harry Potter Expansion. Anyone who's been to the park will know the lake is a bit weird and the rides around it don't really have themed themed areas, so it makes a lot of sense! I'm also keen for Duff. http://micechat.com/30403-universal-orlando-resort-orlando-parkhopper/

Haha backwards back row Tatsu would be insane. That pretzel loop...

Nah, Loose Women has way more hot men on the show for no reason.
  11. I think at Six Flags New England it was about $5 extra for a season pass with parking included, than to pay for a day ticket and car park. Brill.
  12. I think I visited once last year and I don't plan on going this year. If Merlin did discount passes including every park except Chessington, I would get one.
  13. I'm enjoying my examless year very much, good luck to everyone taking though!
  14. Love the way Blackpool has hype over being open until 12 midnight, and Disney has done a few 24 hour days despite being open 364/5 days a year Yes yes I know it's totally different but still, MIDNIGHT.
  15. Chessington really has been neglected over the years and it's good to see Merlin slowly fixing it all back, even if it takes a few seasons.
  16. Went on some dodgy dodgems (not sure if pun was intended) on an island in Vietnam that ran at a brutal speed. Oh god head on collisions almost dislocated my knees! On topic, whilst I liked Roger the Dodger's music I'm a big fan of the TukTuk music for sure!
  17. God there was a rollerdisco every saturday night in the sports hall at the leisure centre I worked at. It was the most horrendous job ever dealing with all the kids that fell over every week and parents screaming 'STOP THE MUSIC HE'S BROKEN HIS ARM!' when they clearly haven't. Not missed.

I used to be a waist size 34 a year ago but during A Level study leave stress I stopped snacking and quickly dropped to a 30 or more of a 29. A recent weighing shows I'm 63kg. It's weird because I've always been bigger and now I'm not. I honestly eat the same stuff (50 Chicken McNugget challenge from McDonald's 5 days ago?!) but the weight has so far stayed off! Good luck on your diets, it seems to be going well!
  19. I followed the 24 hour leap day unfold and it looked so hectic but so good. I can barely survive the 16 hours (8-12) let alone 24!
  20. I know a few too many who've eaten there.

But The Curse, Asylum, Experiment 10, Passing, and Saw - Alive is already 5!
  22. These rides are truly horrendous when you get the 'spinning on the spot at 110degrees for ages' cycle. But I'm a fan of when it actually moves and spins you. One of my favourites at my local fair every year!

Just to say a quick goodbye to TPM while I go on a gap year trip! Any forum issues please contact any of the other team as I will be away! Thanks everyone, be good! Tommy

^ And the lighting was always really bad so usually you would be in the dark even though there was a flash.
  25. And the staff will not be able to explain it. You must know that the staff cannot answer these ridiculous questions such as 'why is this burger 3p more expensive that the one from Chessington, 200 miles away, in a similarly named outlet?'
