Universal are just nuts- REALLY QUICK QUESTION (About thorpe zomg)
I mean this is for a completely new area. So no refurbs or anything, just think what themes you'd like to see next that WON'T be replacing, or refurbing current areas.- Europa Park

What 2 themes would you like to see try next? These CAN'T be similar to the ones they currently have. I'm doing a case study on the future of thorpe and would like to know what themes you guys want to see next.- Park Count - 2015 Season

I can imagine a mad house styled attraction where you enter by jumping through a toilet- Guildford Meet 2016 (Now Includes Air-hop)
I think after last years events I will sit out on the ice skating. So long as the meet is in January I can attend. PS if people want TGIs like last year maybe we could book a table a couple days in advance?- Jobs in the industry
You got a picture of your design?- Jobs in the industry
I've had a voice in the back of my head begging to make a thread for this for a while. and so I decided that I'd do it today. I'm sure, most of us here at some point in our lives have at least fantasized about working in Theme parks, doing certain roles; from dispatching rides to designing the experiences. So here's a series of questions for you. 1. At what point did you get a reality check? At what point, did you go 'nah, I want to be'....'a (insert job here) instead!'. 2. Have you guys ever had any experience in the trades? 3. Why did/n't you stop? 4. What was your dream role? I'm interested to hear what you guys have to say after I've seen a lot of people recently saying they'd love to work in the theme park industry. Go!- London Dungeons

I heard Benin is a nasty place for it- The News
The Qu'ran says in one of its key chapters: To kill a human is like killing the whole human race. ISIS are essentially religious outcast rebels. They're like aggressive Mormons to Christians. Or Westboro with guns. Or something. It is quite hard to explain without [TRIGGER] Furthermore the Burka rule is out of respect for the countries own religion. France is dominantly Catholic, and much like in the Middle East where religion is held in high regard, in France you have to follow their rules to be there. In the Middle East it is required that ladies wear head dresses and long dresses, so to not reveal too much hair or legs. This is out of respect, the same for France's no burka rule, in respect for their beliefs.- TPM Awards 2015

At an accountants forum in April I attended the main sort of head of accountants guy said that if anything was to happen to a single place in merlin the business would only be bumped thanks to their world wide, audience wide attractions. One of the reasons businesses scale across continents is for security.- Park Count - 2015 Season

Exactly. But then again if you go in with that mindset you may be pleasantly surprised about how many people work at Chessington with a great bit of nerdy knowledge. But you can't go into it expecting everyone to know as much as you just because they work there.- Pin Badges

Hey Matt ever considered comparing something against a park not disney?- Cats or Dogs?
I like cats just because I've never had a dog, and they don't come as varied as dogs do. The little chihuahua buggers are some of the most annoying things on the planet and having them yap away at you is horrible. On the other hand I absolutely adore some of the bigger dogs, like German Sheppard, Labradors and retrievers.- Chessington General Discussion
Fury through the weekdays this season has been very quiet. Queue never escaping the station, and on good days (up until June where it starts getting busier) it would never ever go past the stairs. Probably got about 50 people before 11 on an average weekday. - Europa Park
