  1. As some of you may (and many will be delighted to) know, due to a ridiculous number of reasons, including the fact that a load of exams have been chucked at us and that I'm forever injuring myself and falling ill, I can't make this. I hope you all have a fab time though and good luck to Peaj with organising the weekend and people as it goes on and such I should *hopefully* see you all in October, but it will be very dependent on the date as I have a number of assessments then aswell, yay.

    TPM Weekly Quiz

I haven't received any either, awkward.
  3. Everyone has a talent Jack, just because it may not be a generic talent, it does not mean that you have nothing
  4. I like Hollister, but I don't buy or like it because it's Hollister. A name isn't an excuse to charge you like £20 for a belt though! I also despise those who get branded items for the sake of it being branded.
  5. From my own personal experience, Sundays in September are great.
  6. It's far too obvious that Jack is a part of he stupid mafia, so I just have to. ##unvote ##vote J.S217
  7. And why do you feel the need to stick up for him? You Mafia lot aren't ones for subtlety, eh?
  8. You foolish muggle, CoasterDude. You've made it so obvious you're in the Mafia, your erratic voting is enough to raise anyone's suspicions.

Sorry but I don't see how being quiet or 'boring' warrants someone to essentially pick on him though? I'm quite bland, silent, detached and unenthusiastic most of the time and noone has a go at me for it, it's just what I am. Either way you should show some respect to your teacher and it shouldn't take him to shout at you when you step out of line, as I'm sure you'd complain if he did shout at you.

Whoops. I meant arachnophobia, got it a bit confused with the actual 'arachnid' I'm tired, spare me.

    Confessions

I've seen plenty of students who treat a teacher like a pile of *insert appropiate word here* and then go running to their parents who think they can do no wrong who then go up to the school complaining to/about the teachers whilst the children are then bragging about how their mother was 'screaming' at the teacher. As a secondary school student myself, I can say that some teachers are 'snappy' but they will never ever have a go at anyone for no reason whatsoever. There's always the few individuals who just disrupt the class, have a go at/mock the teacher etc. And generally make both the teacher and the class miserable. Teachers get paid far to little for what they have to go through imo. Basically, be nice and polite to your teachers and you'll be fine. Anyway, back on topic- I have a horrendously crippling case of arachniphobia. I will literally break into mass hysterics and just collapse whenever I see a spider, help.
  12. It does actually still exist haha, it's got it's own tab but noone seems to bother going on it anymore, bar CoasterDude.
  13. How the hell did AI's loos get 5 stars? I am done. There wasn't enough pink and yellow in this trip report for my liking either.
  14. I've never been so intimidated by a muggle before, and I'm 2'3".
  15. You referred to us all as civillians earlier on...

    Logger's Leap

I like to have my bag with me all day though. The idea of trekking back to a locker to get something from my bag does not appeal to me one bit. Can't really speak for others mind.
  17. Still confused as to why CoasterDude actually voted for me?
  18. 2. Don't you do IT stuffs?
  19. Haha! You're voting for me as I'm onto you ? ##vote CoasterDude
  20. So you've voted for pluk, who is very suspicious of Tommy being in the mafia. Interesting. Bit defensive of your own kind perhaps? I don't want to place a vote just yet though

    Logger's Leap

Loggers has really started giving you a proper soaking this season. I came off it rather traumatised in April. EDIT: Seems!? I used to get away with sitting at the front but now it requires a lot of strategic thinking and a hood only to still get wet, and I mean pretty soaked!
  22. Pluk is definitely onto something here. He's one smart muggle!
  23. I think everyone's a bit keen to see people killed.
  24. Adventure Island charges for the dodgems and go karts. I think the dodgems are like £5 now! When I was younger, I remember them only being about £2! I think that more conventional paid attractions, like slingshots, waveriders and even go karts are fair enough. But Thorpe Park is a theme park(surprise!), and I think having too many 'proper rides' as an upcharge attraction could potentially spark comparisons to a fun fair. Also, just because you don't class a waverider as a 'proper ride', doesn't make it a mere slideshow, it is infact an attraction.
  25. You're very much arousing suspicion to me!
