I'm glad Thorpe will at least refresh the audio for fright nights. The director sound clips are getting really old now, may be tempted to visit seeing how press night goes. Been watching a lot of American vlogs though and the events over there are insanely good. Even Tim Tracker transformed into a vampire looked better than the actors at Thorpe!

I believe one is loading and launched, the second is unloading then loading, and the third is swapped off for maintenance to always keep two running. If you want a good example of when more trains isn’t always better, look at Dragon’s Fury at Chessie or as I like to call it “Stacker: the ride”.

I think it is a case of quantity over quality this year. I mean the new maze “logos” consist of nothing more than a different font and a symbol. Not much effort really.

Preview night has just turned into a minimum obligation for Thorpe now. The real preview night is press night.

I’m most looking forward to the special Fright Nights food and drink in The Hub - Bud Light and Chips.

I saw that on the news. "ROLLERCOASTER STUCK 50ft IN MID AIR!!!" Looks like a combination of a cheap ride and poor maintenance.

I'd say it's very poor value, better value if you get a TPAP and plan on visiting next season. Then again they know it's going to be a sold out event because they always reach capacity. Alright as long as they don't over sell Fastrack like Chessington did recently.

I wouldn't take any teasers Thorpe do literally. Probably just reusing old footage with little consideration put into the mazes they're from.

I like the idea of having actors in the rides if they can do that.

Blair Witch is confirmed as a maze IMO as this picture on Thorpe's website is titled "blair-witch-video.jpg"

Where are they going to put 6 new mazes? Probably zones or attractions but I wouldnt hold any hopes up for 6 mazes on top of the current ones. Have to wait and see... I like the idea of a live version of TWDTR tho. They've definately been trying new things with actors in there.

Its pretty much the poor guests waiting in line who bought Fastrack last Sunday. The park was rammed and they had to resort to sending whole trains of people with fastrack which they had obviously over sold.

The ad for it in the park is nicely done.

It was very clear the teaser was victorian style prison themed from the actors clothing. Looks like it was completely scrapped which is quite disappointing.

Don't queue for this attraction. Avoid it at all costs. It is complete garbage now. The staff don't care, the VR is broken and it still breaks down. The group I went with still complain to me how bad it was when I persuaded them to go on it. Last time I ever step foot on that ride!

If they build Big Top on the beach, I'm going! ? If not I'll be waiting to see what the reviews are like (After V.I.Press night).

After sightings of more cryptic signs hidden around the resort, there have been rumours going around about a new coaster coming to Thorpe in 2020. - Sign lettering: “MMXX =?”, Location: Top of shed seen from Nemesis Inferno exit path. - Sign lettering: “C.H.I.P. 7706” below an infinity symbol in blue, Location: Zombie Hunt notice board & tucked in operators booth window above The Swarm. So far the speculation has been that MMXX refers to project 2020 and that further information / planning surrounding a new project may be imminent. As this sign is in the same style as project zero, I remain highly sceptical until we get further information. Speculation around the “chip” sign grabs my attention more so. There’s a theory it could be cryptic stats for a new hyper coaster. CH being Coaster Height 77 metres - making it the tallest in the U.K. if granted permission. IP 06 Either being; Investment Project 06, A new 6th IP, or Intamin Project 06. The fact it is a printed sign and has been spotted in two locations makes me believe that this is a more deliberate and relevant clue made by Thorpe themselves.

Unsure yet. Depends how much Mer wants to go this year. I think she wanted to go back for Big Top and night rides but seeing how things are going it may only be night rides we come back for this year. So maybe for now.
