Alton Towers News
Considering the ridiculous amount of complaints they used to get when people couldn't charge their phone (Cos apparently it was ridiculous they didn't have them) - to then be criticised as "money making" is flipping stupid.

Summer Nights
The event definitely makes money. You're overestimating how many people they need through their doors to cover their running costs.

Rebranding Thorpe
It needs to go back to having individual area identities.. further than what they have already. But yes the new branding.. as much as its fresh and clean.. is very bland and basic. Needs to be built upon.

The Smiler
That'll be why it's called the Seeper Room then. Needs banners. Banners deffo will add to the experience upstairs.

The Smiler
Yes they should. Maybe one day they will....

Disneyland Resort California
Oh dear lord. Whyyyyyyy.

Love how Bounce has been fixed.. almost 2 years after it broke. Their maintenance budgets are impressive.

SAW: The Ride
SAW gives me a headache on first ride, especially if I sit on the back row. The Smiler makes me feel sick if I re-ride after quick succession, but has never given me a headache.

Fright Nights
Did they go back to 10pm last year? It's nice to see that any cuts in Halloween budgets have pretty much been reversed and all the opening times have remained (Apart from Chessie's offpeak days, but at least the event exists during that time now!)
-
Rush
Maybe it's margin of error programmed in is too tight - if they gave it a larger margin of error then the ride wouldn't want to try and correct itself so quickly and therefore not end up an unsynced (and broken) mess?

Oakwood
Glad I haven't been this year. I was gonna make my yearly trip however TripAdvisor reviews have completely put me off going - no point when nothings working.

Chessington Howl'o'ween
Finally! Been thinking Hocus Pocus has needed a new name since 08ish. Return to 8pms are excellent too. New marketing director eh? The place seems to finally be going somewhere!!

Tomb Blaster
I miss throughput challenge days.. the ones which were difficult to beat

Summer Nights
No because the park closes at 7. Highly doubt the queues for the coasters will be anything more than 15-20mins at the end of the day anyway.. if they had a queue at all!
-
Summer Nights
It's a good way of advertising how to stay on park for longer - 7pm comes and only people with wristbands can join the queues. Magic Kingdom did this for their Mickeys Not-So-Scary Halloween when I visited. Park closed for normal visitors, all attractions available wristband only with stations selling the evening event around the park.

2014 Season
Don't think they do 2 for x amount anymore to be honest.
-
Bubbleworks
Probably not even operational. Mainly financial and financial alone. Which kinda goes towards the addition of mirrors. If someone didn't think they had to put them in ridiculously cheaply using no budget whatsoever then they'd likely have had decent quality mirrors which wouldn't need removing now!

2014 Season
£10 per photo, 4 for £25!

Air
Sorry was thinking Alton Towers. You can add Swarm in (though that might be quicker as they really do love to sell their Fastrack there )
-
Rush
Last few times I've rode it, the host has literally just tapped my restraint, with me having loooaaaddsss of space. Very very very fun! Probably not too safe though

Air
Air is the only ride where you go slower after merge points - crafts are sent every 3 minutes from one station if they're on 3 trains (that's time waiting for the craft to arrive, plus time waiting for the craft ahead to leave lifthill). Obviously before merge you have both stations, so you have 2 crafts every 3 minutes. Obviously Fastrack can slow it down, however it shouldn't do so too much (Fastrack for Air is 20% of capacity, and rarely sells out nowadays).
-
Air
Their average is 48 crafts per hour at the moment - due to better staffing and the fact the ride likes to actually work nowadays. That's 1344pph. Pretty good!

Merlin Entertainments
They're very slow. These were raised over a month ago. It's actually cheaper to buy a Thorpe Season Pass than a full price day ticket - the season pass is £48 (or annual pass for £58!)
