October 13, 201212 yr comment_142512 Hi guys, have been following TPM for a while now but have never signed up until now, normally go on TTF although I like Thorpe Park better! Just need to ask something, when you buy tickets online you get an email confirming your purchase, to retrieve the tickets do you just take your payment card with you and show them the email, or is there a confirmation code? I'm going Fright Night on the 26th by train from Coventry so don't want to get it wrong! Thanks - Marley
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142513 there is a confirmation email confirming the purchase and and you do need your payment card with you to confirm the the purchase but there is no confirmation code. hope that helped
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142514 So My dad pre booked 2 AP standard £5 tickets and 2 passing tickets, he won't be in the park with me so how do I redeem them?
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142515 there is a confirmation email confirming the purchase and and you do need your payment card with you to confirm the the purchase but there is no confirmation code. hope that helped Thankyou!
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142516 Cookie dough I think you go to the front entrance kiosk but you need the credit card for conformation
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142517 So he is going to have to pay for parking to pick up our tickets?
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142518 Nope, you can take a written letter of consent from the cardholder. I've done that many times
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142520 On topic has anybody been in Saw:Alive, The asylum, Experiment 10, The Curse or The Passing yet.
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142521 You need proof that it is you who paid with that card, just take a short note saying something like "I give (your name) consent to collect the ticket purchased on my card, signed...(cardholders name)". Just something like that and you'll be fine!
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142523 On topic has anybody been in Saw:Alive, The asylum, Experiment 10, The Curse or The Passing yet.Was wondering the same thing, haven't heard much at all about Fright Nights so far
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142526 And as Ryan said.. You need proof that it is you who paid with that card, just take a short note saying something like "I give (your name) consent to collect the ticket purchased on my card, signed...(cardholders name)". Just something like that and you'll be fine!
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142528 Ok and I pick them up from... Annual pass entrance tickets is from the 'Advanced ticket collection' to the right of the main entrance. Someone else can answer about The Passing tickets because I haven't yet done that.
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142529 Wait I after all this I think I got the print at home tickets does the same thing apply?
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142530 Just print them off, bring them along with your annual pass and you'll be fine.
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142532 If the Passing tickets are print at home then yes. If you still need to collect The Passing tickets at the park then I'm not sure as I haven't done that before but I'm sure someone else will be able to help with that.
October 13, 201212 yr comment_142533 The passing tickets are collection only. You need to go to advance ticket collection to the right of the gates. All the information you need is on the booking confirmation email
October 14, 201212 yr comment_142574 Does anyone know the on the day price for The Passing? Is it £3 or more?
October 14, 201212 yr Author comment_142577 Yesterday a staff member was advertising the price as £3. So much for this 'early bird' price...
