  1. This will only be the 3rd opening I have been to.1 G-Force, Drayton Manor, 2nd public rider2 Mumbo Jumbo, Flamingoland3 13, Alton Towers.
  2. I'm getting excited about riding it (hopefully) on saturday now.
  3. Has a thing about the Alton Monorail door annoucment (Like me)
  4. Cool. It looks better than I thought it would, now it's in situ.I think it was great of Alton to keep these iconic tracks, and they do look nice in purple. I have pictures I took of it in mid paint during half term opening, and they were all shades, including the last section of yellow track.
  5. I hope to get to Chessington a lot more this year. Only went once last year. Need my Vampire fix
  6. I love the Dark Forest area, and the Corkscrews outside the main entrance, well as soon as painting is finished, and they are put up
  7. My media list has now doubled. Thanks for posting Amity Speedway link
  8. I can't say too much about my job, as it involves military helicopters. I clean them inside and out when thy come for their "MOT". And I love it.
  9. It's near Ripon, North Yorkshire. The Ultimate is ok, but getting very rough on the second section through the trees. They have a pretty good Afterburner, spinning Mouse, and thats about it really. There are other rides, but I'm not going to make a list. Not a park I enjoy a lot really.
  10. I see what you mean. Just been doing it for about 5 minutes, until Mum came up to see what was going on.
  11. Whiteknuckle

    Rita

Does this mean I wont be able to sing along to Meatloaf while queueing for Rita now?
  12. I was dreading what the trains were going to look like, but I'm impressed with these.
  13. I don't think it's a noisey ride. It's not like you can hear it from the other side of the park, I.e where Stinger is.
  14. Damn right Ryan. Well said. I could ride it all day.Support for a great ride at my local family park added
  15. RCCGB had the 1st dark ERS on Saw, I think that's got something to do with it.Do the ECC still cancel their trips? Rant over. Back on topic Oh yeah, Hine rules
  16. Good. The best coaster at the park, in my opinion.
  17. Best bits. Some unique rides, I.e, Slammer and Rush. ( for this country anyway )Pretty good Frite Nites Easy to get to, from my point of view.Small, so no lengthy walks between ridesStealthKFCWorst bits.Too near London, so full of chavs, ( sorry to any Londoners on here ) Queue line smokers. I smoke, but can wait for a ride without a ciggie, I will have one before I enter the queue, or when I come out the exit.QUEUE JUMPERS Themeing could be a lot better in places.Downtime on major rides, though It seems to be getting better.
  18. Great improvement on the old logo. Will stand out well at the entrance.
  19. I hope those are'nt the new cars for 13, they won't hold together very long
  20. Yeah. The arcade is being built, and that lame excuse for a coaster is going on the roof, just like they do at Bottons in Skankness.
  21. Galaxy for me too. *He says, eating a Yorkie bar*
  22. Dude. Is that a bloke in the front wearing those pink things?
  23. My favorite smell has to be Hex. Not sure if its theming smell, or the way the Towers are anyway.
  24. Are those Waithes meant to be scary? Seriously though, starting to take shape. I do like the Waithes in the forest though.
