Not really, given that Olympia Looping is the exception rather than the rule and is the biggest transportable coaster out there (for good reasoning)...

Maybe Blackpool could do a Liseberg and instead of opening at 9/10am (most rides open later anyway) and open at 12/1pm (or later) which would allow them to open later? I mean, would 2-10pm hours be better than 9am-5pm?

If I recall, Chiapas' delay didn't stop them from starting off Klugheim (by time Chiapas opened, Silber Mine was a hole in the ground) so I reckon the same thing would happen... Especially given the complexities of either demolition project... Geister is right underneath half the China area!

Matamba ain't even that much a night (even in height of August) so one would assume you'd be looking at approx £100-150 a night for this... Thorpe seem to be offering a deal but holy crap for the same dates it's £500+ to stay at Shark Hotel?! Literally the same for the staying at Matamba (both with park tickets, but jeez)...

Hotel was rumoured for a while, interesting to see them confirm it... Steampunk hotel sounds amazing, wonder if it'll be on level of Matamba or cheaper?

No mention of the food? The food is fab, especially the pancakes Efteling is top tier park; anyone who doesn't like it has no taste or opinion worth talking about...
Would Dubai really be a higher priority than Orlando and the two listed Disney parks? There's a lot of stuff there but beyond Formula Rossa and Flying Aces it's a LOT of mediocrity...

It's almost akin to the idiocy of Cedar Fair parks closing EVERY SINGLE RIDE as soon as there's a spot of rain... Like even some drizzle was enough to make them close Blue Streak temporarily!
Merlin had the chance to do exactly that after Smiler crashed... Their decisions since show nothing but contempt for "customer experience"...

I'm very much of the opinion that after this the whole Marvel/superhero film stuff will drop in popularity, but I bet 100% there will be tears by the end of this one... Midnight screening here I come!
This is like, the most common business practice at the moment though? Black Friday is the absolute WORST for 'deals' that are no cheaper than the item was sometimes half a year ago for example... Especially around this time of year, it's always best to wait it out... Though would've thought that because the park was so bad this year the loyal customers wouldn't continue to give their money to them?
